T.Usually don't really enjoy the experience, it's supposed to be fast food, but seldom is, I hope it's upgraded ordering system which is currently being installed fixes that, otherwise it's OK. Greasy food, oil not changed often enough but there is a lack of choice available at affordable prices so where else can you go?
L.Husband says ..nice and warm..very pleasant environment. I agree. The customer service was good too, friendly, made you feel welcome. The meal... husband says yummy. I agree. Full puku so that's👍great. Ka pai.
J.Food was fine but man alive the wait in drive thru was ridiculous. Seems like a common trait for this kfc is not having enough staff on hand even despite covid.
H.Great front-line staff member. Loved my Zinger burger but the pieces of original chicken we got were dry.
J.A 30 minute wait in the drive thru, but my order was complete and the staff were courteous.
D.The table alarm things they use are pretty useless, especially during covid. Just use a number call out service

E.Pretty good kfc it's usually about 70 percent correct 70 percent chance youl get chicken salt on the chips and your order will be correct prefer princess st kfc to rangatiki st
N.Billboard with prices weren't strategically placed....as a passenger, could barely make out the menu, drive thru were packed, one person at the window. Felt sorry for worker but she apologized for long wait, very friendly, served us with a smile
S.Oh man 3rd time in a row they gone and stuck mayo in the snack burger after a 'No Mayo, please' request. I'm not angry, just disappointed 😒

A.Restaurant was closed at 6 pm running only Drive thru. Vehicles queued on the road. Very slow

S.I will have to admit I just had the absolute BEST Wicked Wings Lunch at this KFC. The chips were cooked perfectly and had a decent amount of seasoning. The flavor was delicious and they were so crispy on the outside and light on the inside. The Wicked wings were tasty and juicy and were cooked perfectly!!! Thank you for a very tasty lunch.

R.I dropped my bucket of 20 wicked wings and large straight gravy when I picked up the paper bag from drive thru. Sorry for the trouble and thank you for replacing it.

We purchased takeaways early Christmas eve via the drive threw, it is never what you call fast, did not help that the order window was not operating.
One bonus wife said the potato and gravy was awesome.

S.The chicken was moist, the chips were fresh. The burger was very much enjoyed and the service was warm and friendly. Great job KFC Princess st.
R.Food is fine but the wait is always ridiculous. The carpark and drive-thru are poorly designed. Don't park in the car park around tea time because you won't get out.
D.A great place to share a box of chicken with some close friends. One problem I see is the tables need more cleaning attention other than that I would have given it a 5 star rating.

K.Most times I have been it's been perfect. Staff are awesome. Tonight there was a very long wait in drive thru, staff member training she was lovely. Chicken for some strange reason was way more spicier than normal.

C.This is the ONLY Fastfood restaurant I will eat at in Palmerston North. I am in Quality Control and this place is always clean and has hygienic staff. The Manager is obviously doing something right!
As for the other KFC in town? Disgusting! Food everywhere, and Staff constantly touching their hair!
T.Slow service. could see a couple of people standing around and not serving customers. But when I finally got my order it was all correct for a change.

G.The staff here were very happy and friendly despite having to work and be away from their families on Christmas day. The food tasted better than alot of KFC restaurants we've tried around the country. Very happy with the service and food today. s.twister and coffee were nice. chips were way below average as only warm. toilet didn't flush but was continuously flushing. disgusting toilet brush beside it. gross! staff were going to let manager know.

K.Huge que both in-store and drive through at only 5.45. Had to wait for the chicken to finish cooking. Otherwise food was acceptable and restaurant area clean. Car park was also full. Plenty of toilets that are clean also hand washing facilities to wash hands after tea
E.Went through the drive thru and the man who served us was very lovely, exceedingly considerate and really made it a memorable experience. Definitely the best drive thru experience we have ever had.

P.As far as KFC outlets go, this is one of the better ones. Only a few small things let it down - mainly the number of staff available at busy times. Other than that, definitely my preferred outlet in Palmerston North
P.Very, very long way times during peak times (6pm-7pm) with a 30min or so wait time just to take your order. Friendly and helpful staff.
J.Young lady in store was awesome. Lost a star due to the toilets, obviously expectations of public toilets are not high, however my god 🤮

R.All good, except the drive thru and parking merged together. If drive thru is full then no one can use the parking.
S.Service was average 3 staff at front one in training but there was a queue and all 3 staff were doing one order at a time too slow our chips were soggy and lukewarm also the chicken felt like it had been in the warmer too long
M.Eh, it's KFC. It's about as average as you'd expect it to be. Drive through was relatively quick.

I.Great chicken as always hot n spicy too. Finger lickn good. Restaurant and amenities clean too is a plus.
