R.Not bad. Random roulette though when it comes to if your gonna get dry chicken days or tender chicken. Will they forget stuff etc..I gave a 3.8 but 4 is close enough Good place but always room to improve

M.Yummy KFC, love these meals. Get your fix here, quick service although while speaking to the lady at pay window, the sound was echoing really loud and the lady didn't understand to move the mic away from her mouth and just speak to us from the window 🤦♀️🤦♂️🤦♀️🤦♂️

B.Lol probably the worst KFC in Auckland. The chips are always stale and either missing salt or over salted to the point they are unedible, they must use baby chickens because the pieces are all tiny and the gravy is always lumpy. I feel bad for this review because the girls at the counter were very pleasant and happy at their work Nice service but I don't reccomend the food.
k.Nice service and fast getting through their orders too.Havent really had another to compare to so next time I'm going to try Takanini KFC.

T.Avoid the busy days and hours from 6-9pm on a Thursday, Friday and Saturday. They dont work under pressure very well here and lucky food comes out okay. Def. Good on less busy days Mon, Tues, Wed.
J.Good KFC. Late night drive thru takes forever. 25 minutes and there were 4 cars in front of me. The staff were only able to manage one order at a time. Honestly, best to go to McDs across the road if yr in a hurry.

P.I had a boom box. The chicken pieces were freshly cooked, chips a yum yum and potato an mash. Service was good, smiling staff. Restuarant clean and not crowded. Parking sufficient. Also also has drive in. Great

D.Awesome customer service when I've dined in or drive-thru. KFC being a personal favourite of mine, it's quite hard to give a review without being biased but the resteraunt is always clean when I've gone in. Wait lines can get pretty long at lunch/dinner time but hey that's what you get for being on top ;)

Saw a staff putting his heart out wiping down the tables. Ask my son to pay attention of what a good work ethic should be. That’s the extra star for.
S.I'm not sure what has happened but Papakura KFC use to have the best chicken in town now it tastes like it's missing a few secret ingredients. 😢 And the chips well they must be on a budget cut because they look re-heated.
N.Great customer service. I have always found food to be fresh and keeping up with Colonel Sanders legacy. Most of the time I have used the drive through. Even late night I was greeted with big smile. Family friendly restaurant.
G.Gets a little annoying with the amount of wait time in the drive through. 3 times I've been here and they've run out of chicken, which mean 15mins extra wait time. Staff aren't all that great except one guy who apologizes for wait time, missed items etc.
M.The young lady that served us was lovely, very accommodating and very busy...great customer service. The chicken peices were below standard as they were over cooked or perhaps left in the warming u it too long
T.A great treat after an evening swim in the sea. We had a bucket of chicken pieces, mashed potato and gravy with coleslaw on top, hot chips, Pepsi and Toffee Pops. Awesome!! I bet there won't be any leftovers when I get home today. It will be gone!
A.Chicken was tasty. Chips were too. Loved the krusher. A little greasy but that is to be expected. Table was dirty, told staff and was quickly cleaned.

a.Best kfc I’ve had in a long, long time. The staff were really friendly and polite. The food was fresh, seasoned just-right and the chicken melted in my mouth. Great service, would recommend.
F.Clean facility and restrooms, but one of the employees drank Fanta out of a cup while serving me. It was a Indian lady. Other than that, staff is great, especially that white girl who has a killer smile. Give her a raise.

m.So out of all the KFCs i go to (i know its sad how regular) i need to definitely acknowledge how awesome PAPAKURA one is in particular. Their serve time is relatively fast in comparison. Their food is always actually hot when i order AND most importantly they actually fill the boxes and bags full of chips and/or chicken which is the best i feel like i get my moneys worth everytime

R.Staff aren't the best. Not clean. We ordered the meal with choc bar and my son didn't receive the bar. He asked them and they said they'd run out. They didn't tell us at the time, nor did they offer a different treat. My son now refuses to return, and so do I
P.Always polite service. Drive through can get long but that's probably because this place is very popular.
B.KFC staff are good but I missed chips this time as I swapped for drink, last time I missed key ring. Otherwise all staff are very hard workers
K.Smaller building size than usual but the burgers were a good size and the meals were cooked and produced properly.
M.I don't think it's a great KFC, they'll serve you fast but you gotta keep a eye on the tiny bits of chicken they slip you when you take out, guess same at every stores, been in better KFC in SE Asia and NZ.

S.I've had a bad experience at this KFC. I ordered 18 pcs but I only got 8. I had to call the store when I reached home and found 10pcs were missing and they did ask me to come back and get them. What a waste of time.
C.Typical KFC. V busy. Can be a bit hit n miss on the clean side and the wait time can also get lengthy. But hey its fried chicken in south auckland which makes the Colonel the Pablo Escobar of fast food down this way..
K.Busy night, short numbers on staff. And the Cashier #IZZZY service is on point!! Service with a smile and kept us happy even after a wait. Izzy is the reason for 5 stars
S.Papakura Kfc has always been on top for me even though i live in Pukekohe.Starters at Pukekohe kfc they cant even speak nor understand english properly especially the ones working on the drive thru,Ive always have to repeat myself so many times its hard to communicate with them.They always seem to forget something from my order so id rather go Papakura Kfc.Much faster communicate better an most of the time orders are on point.Thanks kura kfc.

H.I always end up with an entirely different order lol. I got snack chicken boxes the 3.50 ones. I got 2. And a quarter pack. It came upto like 29$.. i had kids screching in my ear so didnt realise until i checked my order at home.. then my acct.. 😑 the kids didnt eat them.. fussy little...shi......smiggles.. .

J.Having tried quite a few KFC outlets throughout the country, this one deserves a mention. The food was like wow, that's REALLY good! So fresh. This was on a Sunday lunch hour.
