E.The Indian lady staff, Andrea I believe, greeted us with a smile and was super courteous & friendly. Knowledgeable and straight to the point when I asked about what was included in the Original bucket set. Her level of customer service definitely stands out from all the other KFCs I've been to in my life.
Ample seating upstairs, clean toilet.
N.The woman that served me today was delightful. She was professional, efficient and SO LOVELY. She put a massive smile on my face and definitely deserves recognition. The rest of the staff were also working hard and the place was clean.

Chicken cook well not dry and chips hot and crunchy - a bit too much salt lol 😅 potatoe and gravy were hot hot which is fantastic ❣️ not many KFC has hot hot potato and gravy. Thank you 😊 ps: Clever design the upstairs mirror: can check any customers at upstairs 👏👏👏
F.Apart from getting two wings instead of a piece of chicken thereby negating the additional dollar paid. Everything else was good. Fries were hot and fresh.

K.Holy heck! This place is UNREAL. Will hands down visit KFC Queenstown every time I’m here because it is the best in the country, and, dare I say, the world. I’ve visited this place 7 times over 5 years and have never been disappointed. The chicken is crispy, chips are fresh and well-seasoned, and the service is quick. Keep up the great work

H.Drove thru KFC Queenstown yesterday before work and orders were mixed up.
Drove thru again today ( to get my original order and the manager in charge (didn't get to see his nameplate, of Indian origin I guess) handled it professionaly. Glad to see such service recovery. He was also the one who served me the food. Made everything easy and smooth. Definitely an asset to the business.

H.After living in Australia for 12 years my expectation of KFC is extremely low. When It was suggested I actually couldn't think of anything I wanted less but it turned out to be much more like how I remembered it.
It wasnt soggy and tasted much fresher than I was used too. Really enjoyed it and I will have it again from Queenstown
B.The staff is unfriendly seems you have come to an Asian country not being racist, staff requires immediate training. Customer service is extremely poor and a bit rude. Chicken was good but fries seems not fresh. Overall just an okay experience.
A.The staff members are quite friendly and efficient; however, it does feel that they just rush me through so they can attend to the next customers as soon as possible. On the upside, the food are ready as soon as I finish paying. The dining room is quite clean especially with the amount of people that come and go, and dine at that time. The toilet is extremely limited: there's only 1 available + 1 basin to wash your hands.
R.Was actually really good. I haven't been to KFC for years. My wife talked me into going. However I had KFC in invercargill a week later and that was so bad. So scared again. Probably be another 5 years before I go back again.
C.This place is a let down compared to KFC back home in Australia. Lacklustre nuggets and average Original Recipe. No sweet & sour sauce. And worst of all........no Hot & Spicy chicken pieces - what’s with that?

R.Fairly average KFC. Food was alright. Was hot but that’s more a luck of the draw type deal there. The floor was very sticky with food on but perhaps someone just before us spilt some drink?
M.The food isn't the greatest I've ever eaten, and the tables can be unclean at times, but let's be honest, you're here for some greasy fast food. And speed is top notch here. It's usually only 30 seconds from payment to eating, depending on times.
B.place is good but the chicken taste different. didnt really like the crispy or original flavor. place is clean and 2 piece lunchbox cost 6.99

a.Great food chicken was the best nice and crispy place also had really awesome clean vinyl in the up stairs part but the food was best

G.Great service and of course fantastic chicken! Has a drive in super central. Can buy your excellent value meal, especially in overated/overpriced Queenstown and sit on the Green by the stream and have a lovely picnic and even feed the duckies.
C.A good place to grab a quick meal, we went in at 5:30pm and they were fast and the food was very good. I got the two piece colonel's lunch meal with a coke.
