Food and coffee was good. The lady who brought our food just put the food table and walked away, didn’t say anything, didn’t acknowledge our thank yous, didn’t even look at us. Not sure if she had a problem with us or wasn’t in the mood to be at work that day. Anyway, the barista who brought our coffee, he was lovely, greeted us, asked how our morning was, said enjoy and wished a good day.

Clean but uninviting McDonald's. Walking through the door there was a very adamant virus passport checker. Lighting seemed low. Food was consistent McDonald's, fresh and tasty. Toilets were clean. Car parking good

The cleanest McDonald's I've been to in all of Aotearoa. It wasn't busy at the time so the wait was OK considering 9 of us were ordering. A good example for other McDs around the country.

I don't know it must be because I'm on vacation mode but I've tried the best chicken nuggets in this particular McDonald's branch. It's crispy and served warm. The meat is soft and just the perfect taste. It left a great first impression!

Come up early in the morning for a quick breakfast before tee off. Have you use the machine for order or you have to wait till the staff attended to you. I stood before the counter over five minutes without any staff asking me not until I rush to the order machine making my order the staff then give me a chance to pay in cash and pass to me a number which is good for an order

We all know McDonalds as it serves a purpose when travelling and this McDonalds has such a beautiful outlook to some world class scenery. However I found the service poor, after ordering through the new self serve option the hotcakes arrived with no butter or syrup or cutlery. The staff wandering around were very apathetic.

Economic choice for food in Queenstown where there is a tourist tax on most items....It’s mc Donald’s so don’t expect your burger to be put together correctly, after many decades and worldwide success they have still not managed to achieve this. :) Staff brought food over to us which was a nice touch. Good for a Mc Donald’s in NZ but it’s still mc Donald’s.

The maccas with the greatest view ever. It was our first stop on our trip to Queenstown and was in awe at the view from the drive thru. We even stopped to get a photo as there wasn't anyone behind us and the staff were happy to see us enjoy the place

I love my McDonald’s ! But today I’ve witness one of the greatest thing in a McDonald and that was customer service from just 1 person that was amazing and made me feel special to be at McDonald’s so I just wanna say Jorge that was working the night shift on 13/02/2018 around 9:00pm-10:00pm was the greatest customer service I’ve ever seen, give our food with a smile and told us which was what on what we order. So this 5 stars goes towards him! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK JORGE 👌

Usually maccas ice teas are watered down, not this time, the ice tea was surprisingly full of its proper flavor, the fries were fresh and crispy and the burger was tidy and not to hot. Late night team on Saturday 19th 2019 were amazing, we had just had a crew of 20 just finish a day's work from 5 am - 10 pm and we worded 20+ meals. Not only were the meals made nicely, they were made quick, now I mean 6ish minutes for 20+ meals, I would hope this gets recognition from management and someone reached out and rewards this crew as they were already extremely busy with a full drive through and handeling drunken customers for the amount of pressure this team was under the customer service very good! Store manager or Area sales manager please reward this team of talented and hardworking people, ESPECIALLY since they are working on a Saturday night while their friends are partying or family are at home in bed while they are working. Keep it up guys! Great, Great work!!!

McDonald's in the UK is soo bad in comparison, usually sour faced people just give you your food and want you gone. Here a lovely woman called Shanay offered to bring our food over as I was stood waiting for a couple of mins which wasn't a problem at all and she filled our drinks and came to check everything was ok mid meal was like actual restaurant quality service. Food was good quality all hot and tastey. Shanay ftw

On the way in or on the way out normal stop for Queenstown. It has a good view out one side, and a play area for the little ones. Nice size and plenty of room and parking.

Fancy McDonald’s. Very clean inside and not too busy. There is gated parking so the car parking lot seems to close during closing hours probably to avoid people loitering and sleeping in the lot. Fries were pretty expensive, $3.50NZD for small fries and you don’t get a lot at all. There is free WiFi as per a typical McDonald’s.

Your usual McDonald's... with a carpark that has a closing time. We didn't get shut in but didn't notice the arms that shut after a certain time. Maybe a notice board in the carpark leading to the restaurant would be a good idea.

After waiting for what they considered a long time, they turned on their sirens, stopped traffic and went on their merry way.
