Amazing dishes and fantastic owners and staff. I highly recommend coming here. My partner and I absolutely loved it. We look forward to coming back to dine in the restaurant. Ten out of ten 🙂👌

Such a cosy little restaurant. Enjoyed the atmoshere and service here. The food was fantastic, really decent portions. I recommend the crispy pork and coconut and vegetable soup.

Highly recommended place. We went there during a busy period still the serving time was great. Food and service is good. Serving quantity is good enough to share for two which justifies the price per item.

Unexpectedly found ourselves in Rotorua at dinner time. Picked H&S as close by. Glad we did. Enjoyed our meals very much. Excellent quality and quantity. Very good value for money. Very prompt service. Will come again.

I met a friend here for lunch today. The service was lovely, and the food amazing. I couldn't believe the price when I went to pay the bill. Great food, great service. And unbelievably reasonable. We love it and will be back again to take some photos.

This place is nice, food is good, moderate pricing and also we were served very quickly which was nice. There is also a dessert menu which is good but keep in mind eating mains and dessert might be filling for some.

Quaint little restaurant, the food there is delightful, well presented, tasty and fresh. Combination of Thai herbs sprinkled well and delicately through all dishes served. If you like good Thai food, a must go to place. Service is as lovely as the food there.

Unremarkable food, but great service The staff here are very friendly and nice but we felt that the food here was average at best. We chose a couple of stir fries and found that they both had far too much onion!! I have never seen sliced onion in Thai food. One of our choices was a Chef special sizzling seafood dish and we thought that the seafood was a little light on - and we were disappointed to find seafood extender in a $30 seafood dish!! BYO at $4 per bottle was a plus and our good wine saved the meal!

Fantastic service and wonderful food. I tried a red curry and was worried about the spices, but the server was happy to make it mild and bring out more spice when I wanted it. The chicken satay was moist and flavorful. I was actually in search of Thai food because I had bought a bottle of wine specifically to pair well with it. Herbs & Spice was happy to let us bring in our bottle. I was much happier to sit in the restaurant than do takeout and enjoy our wine. My partner truly enjoyed the phad Thai, some of the best he has ever had. Dessert of fried banana and ice cream was a beautiful presentation and equally delicious. A great choice and incredibly fair prices.

Service was friendly and prices were good but the food could have been more flavourful

Visited my parents and they recommended dinner here. The menu has plenty of standard and chef speciality choices. Between the 4 of us we got a good mix of options from both. The banana main was really lovely and certainly worth trying. The lemongrass dish was equally spectacular as was the standard options of chicken and cashew and the fish curry. The greens are super fresh and the sauces are perfectly matched to the dish. Certainly recommend this place if you can get a table

Wow, so impressed! Ordered takeaway within an hour of their closing time and they quoted us 10 minutes for pickup. Was a little worried the quality might suffer with them trying to close, but not the case at all. Everything is hot, fresh, and delicious. So flavorful. Awesome value for the price too! Will be back very very soon. Thanks!

We went for lunch and had the Phad Thai as well as some starters. The waitress was very helpful and went out of her way to accommodate our hungry (and fussy!) daughter. We'd definitely go back again.

Was still open 8.30pm so was able to have a delicious, hot and tasty dinner after working late. Greatly appreciated. Courteous, efficient and charming service.

A smallish restaurant located away from the popular eating venue nearer the lake but well worth a visit. Great quality food. Excellent staff. BYO and licensed. Plenty of street parking.

Great Restaurants small and cozy with great daycor. Service was excellent and food was outstanding. Reasonable priced with mains around the $20 mark. Good park out side by metered in business hours. Recommend for a intimidate dinner.

Called in for a quick feed and was super surprised by the great service and great food. Ps i rarely give 5stars for anything so this is a great option for anyone in Rotorua. Thank you. Would highly recommend. It was our second thai of the week and probably our favourite.

This place was such a great find!!! The food was excellent! The staff was lovely and efficient! We would go there all the time if we lived near Rotorua. Highly recommended!!

Had chicken phad thai and yellow curry, was absolutely delicious! Have had a few of these dishes in my time and these were up there with the best. Enjoyed every bit of it and will def go back when in Rotorua again.

Staff members are friendly and attentive; and their food are yummy. Price are quite reasonable though a bit on the dearer side of the scale. Parking spaces can be quite challenging as the on-street parking are shared with the businesses in the area. Cooking time can be longer than usual.

Very welcoming and lovely, efficient waitress. Sat us by a heater on a cold night which was lovely. She didn't want to let me have my curry "Thai hot" because she didn't think I can handle haha. Ended up having to ask for more chillies but I will be going back for sure!!

It's not the best thai food but it is good enough to go back again. The mussaman curry is good and worth the money. Full of chicken and potatoes. Prawn toast is good too.

Had great time, good food

Food is delicious, but they need more workers in there as one lady was initially running around with her head chopped off, she was spinning. The price is ok for the size of food. The decor was lovely and again, food was tasty.

I’ve been a number of times. Every time we have had amazingly delicious food and very friendly staff.

Food was average, the dish i had was overloaded with onion and the broccoli and cauliflower was undercooked. I also asked for medium spice but was very mild.
