W.I ordered the $18.00 pack. 4 big pieces fish 2 hot dogs 4 crab sticks 4 potato fritters & $2.00 chips. This was enough to feed 5 os us.
W.Lovely variety of Chinese & fried foods in the buffet. 10 bucks for the small container but that is plenty for me. Happy friendly, lively staff.
I.Clean and tidy. Only broken English spoken by all 3 behind the counter which made ordering fish n chips a bit awkward but nothing We couldn't cope with. REALLY nice, nice fish n chips. I would definitely be going there again as I pass through.
7.Great take aways. Food is great. Super quick. Lots to choose from . Also Chinese takeaway available too. Can sit and eat in the shop. Busy but not busy if you no wht I mean lol. Recommended.
T.This is my favourite take away in Rotorua, the staff are always polite and hardworking and I've never been disappointed with the food. The only let down today was a disgusting individual who believed that swearing and yelling at the man behind the counter was acceptable. Even as he left he had to throw his drink on the ground to make a proper scene. Sorry this man wasn't raised well Super Lucky.
W.Ordered a 23$ meal good special and good quantity for big families would of rated 5 stars but a couple of fish was a bit smelly other than that enjoyed the rest
N.Best takeaway shop in town. I only trust getting my chicken fried rice from here. Their chips are also nice, not oily like a lot of the places I’ve been too. They give decent portions. The family there are nice, greet you as you come in and quick service even when they are busy. They have a wide range of food on their menu. From fish n chips to yummy roast sandwiches and rolls, fried chicken etc. Would recommend.
E.Great value for money. Ordered the $42 fish and chip pack for 6 people and it was more than enough! Could have easily fed 8. Food came out quickly and we also ordered the pork sweet and sour from the buffet which was nice and soft and the chicken fried rice from the menu.

D.It's a great place for takeaways. So I didn't see any comfort room near but you can ask for tissues at the counter. They have a wide range of food from fish and chips to Asian noodles. They also serve rice meals (as usual drinks are not included). Their fish and chips is crazy in terms of wrapping haha definitely good for photos to share. They serve a lot of chips too.
V.I can say that Super Lucky is the best takeaway shop in Rotorua. Their food is delicious and fresh and surrounding is clean. The smorgasbord is tasty as well as their fish and chips. They don’t take long to prepare the food so you don’t get bored waiting.. This is my go to takeaway shop in Rotovegas.

R.This is an edit on my previous post below- i have to commend the young boy that serves the customers you have done a massive turn around and you have lovely customer service and its lovely you have a very nice smile so good on you super lucky takeaways for taking the feedback and changing it. I have been in lots of times since my last post and he has been very polite and kind and friendly. Very happy best takeaway in rotas.
Owners please read! The young kid on the till not the guy with glasses the younger one He has terrible people skills and bad english and when he makes a mistake wich is often he tries to make it the customers fault! He never smiles and always makes faces like we are an inconvenience to him there are so many bad reviews about him in particular on Google trip adviser etc. You need someone who speaks good english and can understand the customers and someone who smiles! Awesome takeaways good value for money food is always turning over fast so always fresh. If you order from the menu i would highly reccomend thier nasi goorang it is delish and full of flavour. The fried noodles however are underwhelming lack of flavour and same with the fried rice may as well be steamed rice with veges and egg tossed in not much of the "fry" going on in the fried rice but all in all an awesome takeaway has roast meals availiable too thier sweet and sour pork is choice too deep fried stuff cant fault and also with the buffet its really good how they put new things out on differnt days with thier staples like egg fu yung fried rice noodles and sweet and sour pork. Inside is nice and clean and big. Surfaces are well cleaned. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful however some of thier english is not that great and you may need to releat yourself.

K.I like the taste of the fish and the size they give. They chips are nice and thick. Staff are very polite. We visit once jn a fortnight and have it when we can.
