D.Ordered 2 New York steakhouse burgers in large combos got home and I was given 2 whoppers instead. Pretty disappointed but ate it anyways because I wasnt gonna wait in line again 😓
D.It might seem ridiculous to give a fast food restaurant five stars but the truth is, I can’t fault this place based on my expectations of consistency, speed and service. I really like the ability to order through the app and pick up through drive thru. My favourite: Hawaiian BK Chicken. Best fast food burger for my pallet.
R.lovely food. always hot and ready 2 eat. only problem is a wee bit small in size but made up 4 in variety. we r elderly and its just up the road from us. a great deal. thanku burger king. c u soon.
N.Only my opinion but sundaes are better at Maccas by far. Service is okay. Honestly think the burgers are to small but overall they have never got my order wrong
P.Convenient location, lots of parking space. Would have been better if the machine that made thickshakes was working.
Update - some of the tables have been removed and replaced with screens for ordering, as is the current trend. The counter staff are now even more reluctant to help out, and the screens are not particularly good. We added an item to our order and decided we didn't want it, but we could not remove it without cancelling the whole order.

S.I think store can use more trained staff. Long queues caused long wait which obviously is not good for a restaurant. Also I was charged incorrectly when I questioned the incorrect charge it was corrected but if I hadn't checked I would have been paid more. Wait was unpleasantly long inside the restaurant and at drive through. Burger looked like it was made in a hurry, it wasn't stacked properly. When we pay good money we expect good service and product.

N.Always fresh hot food, pre-order and check in using the app. App lets you use coupons and even exchange points for free meals.
Note the drive-through doesn't allow any cars to be parked so it can take awhile when it is a full drive-through, avoid this by collecting order at the door if possible.
S.Bit slow but the food is what's makes it worth the wait,, love the burgers...
D.Me & My partner came after work to have a feed we hadn't had BK in 2 years, They forgotten to add his extra patty to his burger but they kindly replaced it.. The customer service shown by the 2 young ladies tonight were superb! You guys need more loot for your exceptional service given! We even sat back to watch for a while as they worked the floor :)

L.By far the best chicken burgers I've ever tasted. Not sure if it's supposed to be but the beef was quite dry and tasteless. Other than that everything else is great, they even added my favorite fast food combination Hawaiian with the juiciest pineapples imaginable.
F.Quick & easy to stop in for a quick bite to eat. Plenty of parking. A lil disappointed when last there. Tried the new apple donut bites.... sadly they weren't as good as I had hoped.

Not many people in store so we ate in.
The food was served hot and how we wanted.
Tables should have been serviced though as we had to wipe down our table and chairs with wipes. Luckily we had some.

A.Small franchise, right next to a petrol station so that's convenient.
Never seen it busy inside, never had exceptional service but it's fast food so that's not a must.
Several times they've severely overcooked my chicken fries, which is a bit disappointing.
G.Hit and miss. One day the service and speed is excellent, and then the next visit it's terrible - (long waits particularly at drive-thru, cold salt-less fries, messy assembly of burgers). And you're rarely given serviettes when ordering take-out. Five stars though for their Rebel Whopper (even when it's halfheartedly slapped together sometimes).

L.They have taken out some tables to add ordering stations where you can easily customize your order. However it doesn't seem to make service any faster. The tables needed cleaning. The new seating arrangement looks nice however and they offer usb outlets for charging at some of the tables
S.Love this place staff really nice and food always served fresh. Everytime I get my fries they are always hot as can't touch them have to wait a bit zzzz love it!!!

E.In the past we have had terrible service and food at Burger King Takanini. With the new Jelapeno Burger on menu my husband wanted to try. I was apprehensive going back to this branch. I was pleasantly surprised. It is so clean you can eat off the floors. The staff were so friendly and the food fabulous. Please keep up the good service

B.I love Burger King but the service at this place is really bad. Had to wait for 45 min for a burger order. People had queued up and we're starting to leave because of the super slow service. I don't think they anticipated to be busy over the long weekend but it's called 'fast food' for a reason. You're supposed o get your food in under 5 or 10 minutes max.

N.Got my order incorrect, asked for a rebel whopper and a regular one, got two rebel. Not a huge sin, but pretty inconvenient given that BK is far away from where I live and like a rookie I didn't check before I left.

S.The line was so long both inside and drive thru. The counter now seems like there is noone working there. Makes it feel like we disconnected with the staff.

H.Love the app. You can get rewards..and the drive thru is always freed up because no one really goes to bk and Wendy's.. But $45 and I've got food poisoning. Came last night to order 2x triple burger combos and 2 cheesecakes. My partners on the road working right now 2 hours away.. Hes also got food poisoning. We didn't eat anything yesterday except a pack of tim tams he ate and a shake I made for lunch. So it's inevitable what gave us it 😕😢😢😢😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱

V.Good little burger king with normal BK quality food. The only issues are the ice cream machine seems to break a lot and they never have any salad dressings.

N.I ordered the sausage stacker breakfast combo I really like the tomato relish and mayo on the muffin. And really liked the hash bites and hot chocolate as well.
