After reading other reviews we bypassed our anniversary dinner at a restaurant and tried the takeaway. We both tried the smorgasbord, he enjoyed his while I found the rice bland and the sweet & sour pork bearable. The veges in the chop suey (chicken and pork) were nice, slightly overdone for my taste but not too shabby. The winner though were the chicken wings. Oh my what a score that was! Everyone needs chicken wings!!! Winner winner chicken wingding dinner 😊 These are not burnt just how I took the photo before devouring the rest.

Cheap and yummy. If your after a cheap lunch go with them. Not a lot of smorgasbord dishes though. They also serve the crunchiest fish and chips around. Very recommended

I LOVE!!! Greerton Takeaways. Born and raised in Tauranga, I truly believe they are the BEST. Am addicted to their Sweet and Sour Pork. My whole family have been going here as long as I can remember. Thankyous so much for many years of delicious food and many more too come 😊😊😊

Family run business that's been around for a loooong time. Friendly staff. They sell typical "Chinese" takeaway food along with burgers etc. I've always enjoyed eating food from there. Yummm.

We tried this take away trying to find good Chinese food. The food was very fresh and tasty. There was plenty of selection and great value for money. The portions are large and the cost is cheap. Would highly recommend.

Great service when you are able to take your fresh fish in and it will only cost you a little bit to get crumbed or battered. Can get pretty busy but usually really good with timing.

I'd love to give these peeps a 5 star but somehow our order took 25 mins instead of the 10 they said. We would have chosen to go with the readymade takeaway food had we known. That said, when our chop suey arrived it was delicious! We have made a note of their ph # and will order over the phone next time. The place was clean, organized and well stocked with takeaway cabinet food.

Order Chinese off their menu, especially the sweet and sour pork. This is has been our favorite Chinese takeaway for over 10 years. Now that we’ve moved to the other side of town we still make the effort to get back for takeout on a regular basis. Keep in mind it’s a typical takeaway store and have expectations in line with that. You won’t be disappointed
