k. m.I have been here before . It's a busy takeaway /fish and chip shop . But ,while the service is great and very polite , I find the fish is a bit dry , chips are so-so , and not as good as it used to be .
Portions are just ok . I guess there's not much competition , and not much feedback ,so things have slipped a bit . Fairly central location for Waikanae beach residence , just near the bakery and dairy .

Although there were some restrictions due to Covid Level 2 there was a steady stream of phone orders being collected while we waited in the shop. The menu has all the takeaway favourites and the food was well cooked, with the all-important chips just right. Why not do what we did and head down to the beach with your yummy food to watch the sunset?
