Very nice place，nice food and reasonable price.Boss are very nice，we know each other for like 2years. Today is my lucky day, when I come to pick up my takeaway, the boss let me try there new dish. I don't know what's the name but that was so good,it have white inside and crisp outside. The boss said this dish is first show at wellington and they will start serive this dish only at lunch time few days later. Really looking forword and best wish.

Good menu, especially the specials board. Good food, quantity was generous. The tofu in my fish & tofu soup was missing, but was quickly fixed when pointed out. Friendly FOH. The cakes look delicious (but I haven't tried). I will definitely go back.

Well there's a particular dish that I try here. It's called the Chicken Knuckles. It's deep friend cartilage in spicy batter. It's addictive. Consistently delivered delicious food. You can always rely on this place for great food!

Huge selection of food and drink. Both good and drink were very good. Menu has some pictures. Ambience could be improved with a bit more light, but feels romantic. Girl working out front was amazing - works very hard and fast!

When I arrived the girl behind the counter was sipping on her drink. As she was drinking from her straw she asked if I was eating in (yes) and then said for me to take a seat. After 5mins another staff member asked if I was waiting for food, to which I told her I was waiting to order to dine in. I ordered the special nanchang styled fried thick round rice vermicelli and steamed pork dumplings - meals came out pretty fast. Vermicelli noodles lacked flavour, there was no spice to it and I could taste the oil it was cooked in. The dumplings were ok. To drink- I had a yummy coconut bubble tea warm. This was my highlight.

Love the chicken and corn soup, and really good selection of tea. Also tried the dumplings in chilli oil which were tasty too. Has a nice atmosphere, low lighting, and friendly staff. Taiwanese style food, they do a pretty good job of it too!

It was previously a 5 star in my books in quality & price. Now it's just not as good, serving sizes are getting smaller and smaller it seems, prices staying the same and the quality is just not where it once was sadly. It's probably more around 3-3.5 stars but giving it 4 purely because of how great it was before.

The service was good, the prices were very reasonable, and the food was tasty. But the good bits ended there. The mains came out before the starters which is a huge no no, and the mains had more bone than meat. Lastly the staff were having lunch on the table directly next to us, and didn't seem to have very good eating etiquette. You'll never find that in a nice restaurant.

This is the best, most authentic, delicious, Chinese restaurant in Wellington. Their dishes are full of flavour, with fresh ingredients, beautiful spices and perfect preparation. Every time I visit I find a new favorite dish. The tea is in another class, every kind you can imagine with refills included. The staff know their teas and are always ready with a recommendation. They are friendly, attentive and dedicated. I come here every time I'm in the city and it's always exactly what I was hoping for. Well worth a visit.

It's pretty good experience to have meal here! Highly recommend the dumplings,chicken knuckles and salt&pepper squid!I usually come here for dinner and also for drinks and desserts, the milk tea and tiramisu cake is so good! You must to try theses! The customer service is fine, different staffs at the different terms… anyway, it's a good Taiwanese restaurant~ Enjoy eating here

This is my favorite Chinese restaurant in Wellington. If you are Chinese or have lived in China you will get the flavor that you are used to back in China. The owner is Taiwanese so they know what they are doing. It s very cheap compared to other Chinese restaurants. The only problem is the staff. They usually have one waiter or waitress and it is not enough. I feel so sorry for the staff because you can see how much she / he is struggling . The owner should stop being greedy and hire another waiter/waitress.

Always enjoy eating at Cha. Fast and friendly service. The book-like menu has pictures and there are icons that tell you what's new, popular, spicy or vegetation. Try the steamed or fried dumplings, sizzling hotplates and bubble tea.

Whoever you had working for you today needs to be taught how to make drinks that actually taste like what people are paying for. I don’t mind dealing with an abysmal attitude as long as I get a drink that doesn’t taste like dirty water and over cooked pearls. I watched the female worker spill the drink all over the bench while attempting to transfer it via a sieve, and then added so much ice I should have complained on the spot. Have been happy up until now. Won’t be back.
