The BEST Kebabs, Iskender and Baklava in Whanganui!!! Healthy, deliciously seasoned, tasty, and very generous servings! Good wholesome food. A dedicated and authentic one-man business, friendly and fast service, in a cosy Turkish atmosphere.

First time trying tonight and very delish and nice Owner. We are regulars now and the Owner remembers what we have. The Iskender meals the best. We gave a laugh with him and eat and feel good.

Genuine and delicious. A friendly face that always goes the extra mile, remembers repeat orders. A very clean and tidy shop with a wide selection of drinks, beautiful fresh ingredients and the most delectable baklava!! The prices are extremely good and you get a lot of bang for your buck. My absolute favourite.

Just walk in the front door and look at the menu. The lovely man who works there will greet you right away, and his service is beyond great! The food prepared here is always fresh, his sauces are all made instore and are deliciois. Id rate 10/10, will see him again! Thanks Kebabholik for all the great feeds

This little hidden restaurant is one of the locals favourites and of course me and my family! We been going there for probably 16 years and the food is always fresh, great service from the owner always remembers everyones orders and has a good reputation with the whanganui people! Highly recommend Kebabholik, kebabs are huge, for one price no extra hidden costs on dips and sauces and the Baklava is to die for!! Actually all the dishes he serves are huge and you get value for money! My favourite is the Iskender meat rice salads and dips! Yummo!

Don't judge by the faded decor, the food was delicious and expertly prepared, the customer service was excellent, and the imported drinks were yummy too.

Let's be honest, you can get a kebab from just about anywhere and it'll be fine. But Kebabholik just takes a little more time to make each kebab, so it feels like there is an extra element of care added to your order. Everything from how ingredients are added to how he wraps the finished product. There's a feel of authenticity perhaps? I like this, and go back often for this reason.

This small restaurant was a find if you like Turkish food. Very good and helpful man running the place. We really liked this restaurants food. We had takeaway lamb salad and it was probably the best example of this dish we have had.

Small shop huge surprise. By far the best place to get a kebab, iskender or a Turkish sweet. The shop is tiny so accessibility is a bit limited but this humble little shop has a seating area and great selection of Turkish favourites that can't be overlooked. The owner operator is by far one of the most genuinely friendly people you'll meet. And the food is delicious.

Fantastic service and amazing (big!) kebabs. I decided to try a different kebab place the other day as we've not been in Wanganui long and totally regretted it. This is my one stop kebab place now. The gentleman there is always polite and chatty.

This is a wonderful place. The Falafel kebab was a great flavour. Very full plenty Falafel, fresh crunchy salad and hot sauce. The interior of this place is great, lots to spot and puzzle over as you sit eat and chill.
