R. S.My partner and I had lunch here and it was super yummy! My coffee was perfect and pretty, and I tried the schiznel and I'm glad I did. I left plump and happy. Awesome customer service and the restaurant has a really nice atmosphere. Top ratings for the comfy chairs!

They treated the kids like royalty too (6&2yr olds). They said if we book ahead in the future, they can seat us near the toys ;) The kids options were as yummy as our adult options and they had a little fluffy at the end to make up for the ice cream being sold out.
Would love to go back and enjoy more of the bar too!

G.Amazing service and super friendly staff, decor and seating amazing...I had Omelette (choriza, chilli, tomato, garlic and cheese) my husband had Sir Mince (pancetta, cream fraiche, pea and egg) we loved the food and will definitely be going again also great value for money. 😋 We initially went to this restaurant as we read amazing reviews and we certainly weren't disappointed...highly recommend as one of the better eateries. 😊

J. G.Doesn't look like much from the outside, but don't judge a book by its cover! Right when we entered, the greeting we received was warm and friendly. The staff are very knowledgeable about their food/coffee and are more than happy to offer suggestions catered to your needs. The decor is beautiful and looks like they put a lot of effort into making it what it is. The food was also superb. I got the sir mince on toast. I'm very happy with my visit and can't wait to come back.
M. A.An outstanding dining experience for half what I would be prepared to pay for it. My partner and I had dinner and returned the following morning for brunch. The food and its presentation were exceptional. The food was fresh, local and perfectly prepared. Our dishes included beef cheeks and salmon. Both were tender and delicious. The front of house staff and chef were friendly and clearly dedicated to preparing an excellent all round customer experience. The chef explained how the salmon and cheeks were prepared to get the mouthmelting, flavorsome result. The interior design, decor and overall ambience were inviting and classy. I sent my son, a fine-dining chef now based in Belgium, photos of our meal and the setting. We will return, often.

J. P.We came upon this place by chance as we needed to wait a couple of hours rather than trek to Auckland and back to pick up a family member. Having Google the local area for restaurants we took the one that had the best rating which paid off. Waiter was kind and got our attention when we asked what the menu was and said they would like to surprise us, so be it. I chose the Beef dish, though couldn't pronounce it and my partner chose a salad dish (had a big lunch). You will have to try this place yourself!! we really enjoyed the dishes and dessert we had. The price was not expensive and these folks have the right idea in keeping the price reasonable to entice clients given its a new area, but prices won't stay like this if they maintain the same standard. Oh the Chef also came out to explain the dishes and what is it, nice touch.

Everyone that served us, from the time we walked in to the time we left, had been very attentive, friendly and genuinely looked like they love their job and are happy to be there. S. G.Quite a nice new, quirky spin on dining out for the area, but not [yet] seen in its best light. We didn't realise that the best option is to meal share until the chef came over afterwards. That would have added to our initial outing experience. Next time we'll be better informed and would like to test the cocktail making skills too since it looks to be a well stocked bar.

The service is impeccable and personalised to the smallest detail.
The food is flavourful, refined and present a great curation of fresh products. You can tell a lot of work has gone into making each dish/plate a piece of art.
The wine menu is splendid! Not to mention cocktails and mocktails.
Most importantly, the entire staff will look after you making sure your experience is a memorable one similar to those from a Michelin star restaurant.
J. H.We had a great experience at House of Boulevard for our after work drinks. The service was energizing and the happy our drink prices were mind-blowingly good. I also noticed a kids area in the corner which is a great addition for myself and friends to have the kids engaged while we enjoy the food and drink.

Food was outstanding! The quality of food was not the cheap and nasty bland flavours that other cafes normally provide. It really was next level..very tasty and cooked to perfection.
Now the most important of all cafe experiences is how you are treated, I must say I'm very impressed will all the staff there, everyone was very nice, the young lady Neve that looked after us was amazing..such a lovely person and went the extra mile for us.
Overall a great experience and we will definitely be going back.

Solely for their hand drip coffee - their food is delicious the atmosphere is amazing and if I’m planning a date or wanting to celebrate someone this is the place I would take them. But... The drip coffee... though pricy is an amazing and worthwhile experience for any two people who have enjoyed a black coffee at any point in their lives. The presentation and explanation of the flavours is a journey worth every cent. Will most definitely be coming again, and again.

House of Boulevard is a bit of a hidden gem tucked around the corner from the main part of the Silverdale shopping centre but it's well worth seeking out.
With a very diverse and well thought out menu, presentation and attention to detail is second to none.

S. L.Fabulous dinner here. Interesting menu from Lucas the chef. The shrimp risotto was our standout, but every thing was fresh and beautifully presented. Friendly staff, without being overbearing. And really reasonably priced. The only thing missing were customers! Give it a go - it’s worth it.

T. P.Good coffee. Food is superbly presented and is nice enough. There's a strange, dark, glossy theme going on in here with lots of gold, green and black, like a prohibition-era speakeasy. Staff were very friendly but weirdly wouldn't allow the smashed avocado to be served with a poached egg. I was totally stumped by that one. Perhaps I should have ordered it in hushed tones, checking over my shoulder to make sure the g-men weren't about to smash through the front door? There's a sign saying there's parking round the back...good luck.

The diversity of flavours that come out of each dish surprisingly complement each other - as well as clear the palette for the next course. The slow cooked beef is tender, without falling apart, and infused with microgreen peashoots. Fine dining on the coast without the price tag. I recommend House of Boulevard without hesitation.
