J.Broo, wait time is longer than any other store in NZ I swear I sat in the drive through for 60 mins before I even got to order. 2 cars pulled out , the food though was great as always .

C.To be honest, I’m not the Burger King kind of guy, but I wanted to try the rebel one.
And guess what, the taste was amazing, also for meat lovers, this one taste so delicious, you can’t believe there’s no meat.
R.Made us the wrong burger. Chips always over cooked and not much salt. Drinks machine ran out of syrup and the coke tasted foul
H.Foods always nicely made and fresh and the staff is very polite and friendly my only downfall is that they have some long waiting times other than that they are actually top notch
A.Pretty good for Burger King. Not amazing but is what your expect from a fast food outlet
M.The shop was busy but, the crew were a well oiled machine and I wasn't waiting long at all, the the staff member who served me apologised for the wait with a smile, I replied "No, that's fine, I can see you guys are very busy but, you've got it under control, well done". She smiled again, thanked me and handed me my order. Smiling to a customer while under pressure is something that is hard to teach. I felt she was happy to serve me which made my meal more enjoyable. I live in the Far North and we don't have a Burger King outlet up here, I look forward to calling in again.
1.It is a standard burger King experience there is nothing bad nor bad.
E.Food was Mediocre. Fries are never crispy but always soggy. People are nice though.
L.Tried the new plant-based burger, 'The Rebel Burger' and it is amazing! The 'burger' has a delicious, flavourful taste, a burger-like texture with a wonderful sauce, crisp lettuce and white onion pieces. It's as good, if not better than most burgers IMHO.

A.This store is helpful when their customers are in a hurry and their posters of their burgers are deceiving when it comes to receiving your burger purchase otherwise the staff are very friendly 👍

C.What do you say it's a burger king? Service was faster than alot of others but quality of product was definitely less, burger was uneven and falling apart. They did give us a free drink upsize for the wait which was nice.

p.The staff at the burger king in Whangarei was extremely good and helpful. At the time we were there it was very busy but still took the time out to help us with the grandchildren and it was as clean as it could be with the amount of people that were there it was full.
N.Turned up right on school finish and it was too full of kids doing kid stuff. But hey, it had a toilet and some food which did the trick. The outside area was a good idea if it had been quieter.looks like the local "hang out"

R.We ordered a Hawaiian meal and a steakhouse burger meal then to get it the meal was cold and it wasnt nice might be the last time I order frm there.
A.Vegans and vegetarians be aware "vegan" pattie is correct, but, it is grilled where meat has been prepared. I did not read the fineprint. Despite this my family are not as fussy and said burgers were delicious and still buy them as a treat.

S.The service was good but the chips weren't hot and my husbands burger looked as if it was thrown together by a 3yr old. His patty was all in pieces so when he picked it up to take a bite, all the bits of patty fell out.

S.I am a huge burgerking fan and always will be. I will say that this time when my partner and i got dinner the onion rings were almost stale. They were room temperature and kind of chewy as if they had been sitting for awhile. In saying that the staff were friendly and the king mesty burger was amazing. I have only had the onion ring problem once.
M.Staff wearing masks but not over there noses. It's just not good enough.
M.Prompt and efficient staff. Standard menu had a supplementary menu with some new variations -that I tried and slightly enjoyed. Crispy chicken burger, I think was the menu item, but it was a mushy fritter.
Easy parking. Clean environment and restaurant. Toilets OK.
A.Long wait at drive through but that tells me it's still a popular place sad there was no onion rings but carmel sundee was as yummy as ever
S.During our travels this is one stop we always make every single time. Personal favorite is Chicken Bacon Meaty. Diet Coke tastes a bit weird so it's better to stick with the normal one. Restrooms are relatively clean. Staff is very friendly even at the end of their shift. Even when you are undecided and are not able to make a decision they don't get annoyed.
S.Prompt and pleasant service. Yummy fresh burger however the chips were cold. As a clean freak thought the standard of cleanliness was very low. Build up around the base of the stools,walls were grubby and the toilets needed a clean. Otherwise a pleasant visit.

G.Excellent quality... Good burgers with a real flame grilled flavour. As far as Burger King stores go this is probably one of the better ones we have visited.
a.Bought a double whopper there on a road trip back to Auckland from Coopers Beach and man, it was the best burger I've ever tasted! I've eaten a lot of burgers from BK and other places (cheap to gourmet) but this one was so fresh, juicy and stacked. Even my gluten free wife had to have a few bites (of the contents, not the bun)
P.Premises clean and tidy, toilets clean, place was not to busy, quick and efficient customer service. Food was yum. Sufficient parking

C.We were travelling and stopped by for something quick to eat. The food was hot and waiting for it did not take too long either. I had a chicken hawaiian burger. It came with a creamy dressing, and was really nice.

S.Food tastes fine but way too highly priced for what you actually get. Thrown together takeaway burgers at mid range restaurant prices. Convenience is really the only pro here.

D.Drive through only after a certain time and drive thru has clearance of 2.6m so larger campervans won't fit but they may accommodate and serve you anyway if you let them know you can't get through. Great burger king and helpful after hours!!
S.It was ok, the fish and chips burger I had looked like it had been thrown together and the fish pattie was over cooked, everything else was ok
S.Food was good but the outdoor area windows and floors are in need of a good clean. We used the very high out door tables and got covered in ants so we didn't stay long

K.The burgers are very fresh and delicious here and the service is lovely. Only problem is I was once really hungry but had to go to the servo next door to buy a snack because BK doors were closed and only drive-thru was open and I wasnt sure if drivethru would serve me without a car. So please extend opening hours for the hungry car-less customers ☺
N.Quick service, as is with fast food places, they had alot of cheeseburgers with mayo sitting in the burger warmer, when i asked why so many burgers were sitting there like that, her response was "they are really popular"
However, our server was lovely, tidy appearance & friendly

J.Very Fast serivce form Buger King and The Staff were very Friendly as they were taking my order. I highly recommend their sundaes as they have a very different selection to their rivals McDonald's. And they have some very nice Frozen flacours as well. Definitely will be returning on my next trip to Whangarei

T.BK Chicken was ok, fish and chip butty not as good as it looked and they've sold out of orbs but still advertising them.
M.Food was prepared quickly and line moved smoothly during a very busy Saturday lunch rush with one of the two automated screens down and only one till operating. Restaurant and toilets were clean also.
A.The manager was very accommodating during my fickle requests during drive through. Haven't had BK in 9 months and I wasn't disappointed. This was 2 weeks ago

D.Hmmm. It's BK. What can I say. The food is presented as a middle of the road "filler". The premises inside feel "sterile" bright fluorescent lights, bench seats that look like they could be hosed down at the end of the night to clean them. Ambience for dine-in would be -5 out of +10 ie. below zero !

You lose sight of your order at the pick up space, cos you stand away and to the side waiting for your meal, if it's busy, drink machine is in the way.
There should be a service lane or a chain to separate pick up lane.

S.I don't really like the whangarei BK as they always mess the order up. E.g. missing burger/fries. Missing nugget sauce. Missing burger ingredients. Sloppy. Staff always have hickeys.
