Paua pie was spot on. Pepper steak and steak and cheese also top notch with perfect homemade flakey pastry. Totally awesome with a great flat white. So good had to back the next day kind of goodness. Grab it on the way too the top and back again! Great service the team there were friendly quick and fun.

This places sells what I reckon the pie north of the Bombay, heck possibly NZ IMO. Nice savoury gravy, chunks of meat and the cheese just oozing out as you bite into your pie. The crust is sooooo good, top and bottom so flaky

Lovely pies. We enjoyed the first one so much we had another one. We can recommend the seafood, steak and mushroom and egg and bacon.

Everything was beautiful, fish, mussels and chip were on point!! And then the Steak burger, came along and sealed the deal, just bummed there wasn't a little more steak. Everything in the burger was beautiful, and the onion rings added just another texture to it. Yummy

Had a mochachino and a mutton pie. The coffee was great, the pie was a decent size and really delicious pastry. Could’ve done with a bit of salt to season but wow - rocking it! And fast and friendly service too. Recommend and would definitely go back

I've tried a lot of bacon and egg pies in my time. But by a country mile, this one is the best!

Fantastic place to grab a bite if you are traveling in the far north. The homemade pies during the day are fantastic. The real fruit ice cream is brilliant and they make a great cup of coffee. It's just two containers on the side if the road over looking a horse paddock but everything on offer is delicious. So glad we stopped here.

The throng gathered outside probably meant one thing, and sure enough, beautiful food. Long wait, but so what. Scallop + bacon burger, fish burger both superb. Went back next morning for coffee, pie and ice cream, all very very Ka Pai.

Everything we had was amazing! Between our family we tried the steak burger, chicken burger, bacon and egg burger, chips jalapeño bites and a hotdog. Everything was delicious!
