B.A lovely work place to be part of. Management is supportive. Staff is well cared for and appreciated which makes the difference when caring for elderly member of our community. We love our residents as our family.
H.I bike past Ngaio 2 or 3 times a week. The gardens and general grounds look tidy and well maintained. I have cleaned for client how lived there. The units are perfect for independence with the safety of knowing if something happens there are emergency alarms in the units and onsite nurses.

C.Lovely gardens, very close to shopping at Northlands Mall, very friendly helpful staff. Units cozy with lovely garden outlooks.
J.Perfect staff always friendly, smiling, and very professional. Upon departure always ask when you are coming back. Comfortable rooms and nothing is too much trouble.
B.Has excellent facilities. I was there for an excellent violin and piano recital by one of the residents and his son. There are plenty of activities happening to suit all people.

L.Such a beautiful place, father in law will be staying here. So clean, tidy, staff are amazing, food is beautiful. Amazimg facilities. So well maintained.
