T. K.Mary Doyle is located on the site which was originally the DB Te Mata Hotel. In 1996 the land and buildings were transformed into the Mary Doyle Retirement Village.
As the village grew, neighbouring land previously used for horticulture was acquired. Each of our care areas is named after a local identity to celebrate our connections to the Bay.
The village has been designed to include extensive lawn and garden areas.
J. D.Nice gardens, large cafe, cheap cabinet food. Often so busy, carpark is full! Friendly people.
