Reviews of Bupa Te Puke Retirement Village and Care Home
J.Absolutely amazing place. My grandmother was so well cared for. The staff go above and beyond for their residents and the residents family. The facility is always clean and hygiene standards are exceptional. But aswell as it being an amazing facility the care and respect my grandmother and my family was shown in the days leading up to her passing was absolutely exceptional. The support everyone received from all staff was incredible. So this facility comes very highly recommended by me. Thank you very much Chris and your exceptional team
C.Exemplary care by all staff at this facility. Spotlessly clean and all staff super friendly on all occassions we visited (once per week) A credit to the current Manager who is also very approachable and friendly.
