O.NZ Writers College is a fantastic place to begin or continue your writing journey. I completed the Introduction to Poetry course (with fabulous tutor, Arja Salafranca.) I was a poetry novice - all I knew is that I love to write! This course helped me to hone my craft in ways I couldn’t have imagined. I saw my initial drafts turning into shining publication-worthy gems. This course has done wonders for my confidence as a writer. I am even considering sending in work that I produced for publication (a dream of mine!) Thanks to the team that made it happen, I would definitely recommend this course.

Furthermore, Helen Brain was so encouraging and approachable, which really took the anxiety out of a one on one interaction with an expert in their field. I found the course so useful I signed up for Advanced Creative Writing.
