One of the best martial arts gym on the shore with top striking, grappling and strength and conditioning all under one roof ... Not to mention a great family environment lives here!
Definitely recommend to anyone wanting the full range of fighting.

It's amazing what happens when structure meets passion - I had the opportunity to roll with a few guys at every level and learned something from each one of them. Can't recommend this place enough, and I can't recommend the craft in any way that would do it justice.
