J.Popped in for some training while I was doing contract work in Hawkes Bay and the head instructor Damian is the warmest most friendly coach I've met. He gave me a lot of one-on-one tips with some interesting techniques. If I was living in Hawkes Bay I would definitely join this gym.

a.I really can't recommend this place enough. You will learn from some of the best, and get to do it in an awesome environment with great training partners. Damian is super welcoming of new students so there's no excuse if you're thinking of trying it out. It will probably be the best decision you've made in a long time.
J.Gracie Allegiance is a great a bjj academy. Professor Smith is an excellent coach and his passion for the sport is contagious. The students at the academy are very welcoming of new and visiting students. I highly recommend this academy.
