E.Amazing instructors, fabulous friendly classmates, & the most marvelous health benefits. I am now sturdy on my feet, walk & breath better, & have more stamina. I also love the fact that I have such a wide variety of class days & times that I can attend. Highly recommended & I wish I had started 20 years ago
G.I learnt my Tai Chi here. Great instructors and wonderful support for Health Recovery class after an accident. Would recommend to everyone for general health and fitness and peace of mind. Anyone can learn.
