R.My elder son is training in this institution for almost 6 years now. He is grown confident and learned to value and respect people. Sean not only helps to learn karate but also has certain programs to teach students to respect other, be disciplined.
C.I've been training with the school for close to 4 years and while at first I wasn't too sure what to expect, I soon found that I was regularly attending and was very much enjoying what I was doing.
Having done other martial arts before, I was initially unsure of what else I could get out of training besides the fitness aspect. Soon after I saw that Kenpo doesn't just address the how, but the why and the more I trained, the more I grew to love training. From intense work outs and conditioning, to self defense, there's not too much more you could ask for in a Martial Arts school
Sensei Sean Fitzpatrick has created a great environment for us to train in, which has not only allowed us to develop as martial artists, but as individuals and also develop good strong friendships between all those training together.
Come along for a session, I guarantee you that you will not regret it!
