j.Hosts were lovely,rooms were clean. A bit dated but very central
C.Had a studio apartment - was clean, roomy, comfortable. Only negative from my point was the shower which was small and narrow spray.
Handy to everthing in central area and walking distance.
Hostess was pleasant and welcoming.
Rate was reasonable.

J.We feel that Mana-Nui undersell themselves. Yes the motel itself may be an older style HOWEVER...it was pristine clean, it was extremely tidy and it had all the facilities you could ask for in our overnight stay. Why cook a meal when within walking distance there is a bevy of delectable cafes, takeaways or restaurants to choose from. The Owners are gracious and accommodating. I know we will definitely be returning for another stay.

E.Why go anywhere else, right in the heart of whitianga and the owners are the loveliest couple you'd ever meet. Beautiful big towels in the rooms, comfortable beds and everything you need to have a great holiday. Close to everything. Been there only the once but I can't see that I'd go anywhere else on my next visit. Really looking forward to visiting there again.

H.Mana Nui is an older motel, but even so, it was very pleasant, well maintained, and very clean. Despite its age the place has clearly been looked after by people who enjoy what they do and love their motel. It has an old school kiwi beach side vibe that comes without pretension or hefty price tag of many other accommodations in the area.
Conveniently situated in the township with shops, cafes and bars across the road or nearby. Just a flat 3 minute stroll to the beautiful waterfront.
The owner was very friendly, easy to chat to, and so welcoming. We felt very at home. Clearly they are people who love their property and enjoy hosting visitors.
The 2 bedroom unit was clean with everything we needed supplied including fans in each room.
Beds were comfortable and linen was fresh and good quality. Best pillows I've had in a motel ever. The pool was lovely as it was a very hot afternoon.

S.The location is excellent! The hosts Joanne & Mervyn are lovely, as are the rooms. Great place to stay and the best fish n chips are right across the road! We'll be back ... In-fact I've just booked our return, see you in February

R.Exactly as ordered, and the hosts Joanne and Merv are a delight! Perfect location and Mana Nui had all we needed on a budget that let us enjoy and make the most of a three day, two night trip to Mercury Bay. Recommended.
