Update: I popped into the store to ask about shoe maintenance as one of my pairs were wearing uncharacteristically. They determined this was unusual and wanted to send the shoe to head office for inspection. They gave me a new pair no questions asked! This shows you that Florsheim takes customer experience, and chance to learn about issues in their products seriously. Thanks team!
A.My husband bought a pair of shoes in March 2017, they were his 'best' shoes so not worn a lot. The sole on one shoe cracked and started letting water in. As he didn't wear them often we left it. But because of the money he spent buying a nice brand of shoes we were disappointed at the damage. I took them back to the store in May 2019 just to show them. I could not believe it when they said they would give us a whole new pair of the same shoes! The guys there are amazing, we could not believe the their kind offer to replace them, thank you so much! We totally recommend Florsheim shoes. Thankyou!
