K.I always leave Merchant New Market extremely satisfied. The staff are incredible; very helpful, very sweet and kind. Also, they know their products, they know their leather care info, so so helpful. They’ve got a lovely selection and I shopped there a couple times, but honestly they stand out for their great customer service, even if you don’t end up buying anything. love love my new boots

A.This branch has some expert staff who patiently gave us their time and attention. We came to buy some formal men’s shoes and a belt, and we left very happy. The staff had excellent suggestions about colours, designs and fit. They even stayed past closing time to help us.
This particular Merchant branch is also great because it has a wide selection of shoes including their premium line. The visual merchandising makes it fun and easy to browse the shop. Also, there’s a cobbler onsite for very reasonable prices.
Finally, they have a seating area where you can relax on a couch if you’re not the one trying on shoes. Definitely my fave Merchant 1948/Overland branch!
