Had a fantastic experience with Mister Minit Shore City - first time getting my shoes resoled here and they did a fantastic job! I forgot to ask the bloke for his name but I came on a Friday 10 minutes before closing and he very gladly accepted the job and was very accommodating with a couple of other things I wanted done. The resole was finished extremely quickly and the quality was absolutely stunning! You could tell that they take great pride in their work and it shows in both their customer service as well as the end result. Thank you very much! I will definitely be coming back here to get my shoes done in the future- really appreciate the superb customer service too! EDIT: His name was Lala! Thanks so much Lala!

I recieved over and beyond service today from Mr Minit. I dropped off my smart car keys for the battery to be changed and said I would come back on my break. Then i completely forgot!! got back to the kiosk when it had closed. Got after hours number from mall security. When I called Lala answered the owner and told me no problem and that he was on his way, went out of his way didn't make me feel guilty had a smile on his face the whole time. Thank you

Mr Minit helped me with a tricky problem with my watch. The two gentlemen working there were expert and professional. They remedied a complex matter in just a few minutes - they obviously new exactly what they were doing. Both gentlemen were so efficient, expert and helpful. Thanks so much Mr Minit Takapuna!

I left my comment but it’s just gone. Strange. As you can see on the attached photo, there are several scratches on the cover at back, my wife found the damage days after. This was our second time being served at shore city store, considering our first visit was good, I will change it to 4 stars for overall experience. I understand people all make mistakes, a sincere apology will be a good idea when the damage was made unluckily. Plus, I should have been told about the damage as this watch was a birthday gift to my wife. I regret that my comment wasn’t published successfully.

It was the first time I’ve used Lala at Mr Mint to repair shoes, stretch a boot and punch a hole in a belt. He said it would be ready the following day. I turned up early Sunday morning and everything was in a recyclable bag ready to pick up. I can see Lala takes pride in his work and he deserves to do well. I highly recommend him and wish him all the best for the future.

Awesome service. Got a key cute from Albany store was not done properly and Staff at shore city able to fix it for me save me time to go back to Albany. A++++++ highly recommended

Outstanding Customer Service! I had a key cut at another branch of Mister Minit which didn't work. When I showed the key to the technician he explained that it was a different shaped key. He then quickly made a replacement key (in about 30 seconds) and did not charge me for it. Not only are they fixing my problem - but they are also fixing other branches problems! From now on this is my go-to shop for anything key-related!

BEST MR MINIT ON THE SHORE! When I lived in Takapuna, I always used MR MINUTE SHORE CITY. We moved so I took my watch to another branch. Actually, several...I spoke to different staff. They either wouldn't do the job. Couldn't do the job. Would do it for a silly amount. Or would send me to someone else they thought cpuld do it. I found myself back in the area and guess what? MR MINIT SHORE CITY DID IT IN NO TIME. FOR FREE. Simply the best! THANK YOU!
