The absolute BEST brands @the BEST price in the whole of Auckland.The staff were sooo amazing and helpful and not stuck up or mean like some of the shoe shops I've visited,the shop was busy on the 23rd Dec as expected,but the two guys vibed off each other and made all the customers experiences good ones,including mine.i walked away with the most amazing pair of Dr Marten 1460 Green boots and an absolute bargain price and I'll treasure them forever.slightly hidden from the main drag on Queen street,look for the signs across the road from DunkinDonuts in the arcade.
L.Never heard of this shop before but found online while searching for a paid of shoes. Online service was marvellous compared to lots of small business as well as fast delivery during holiday time and packaging everything went smooth. These people are serious about their business. The staff went above and beyond 😇😇😇The customer service was absolutely flawless ( Natasha and Danny) and delivery super super quick. I accidentally selected the wrong size, however the staff were amazing in helping me have these exchanged for different sizes, the whole process was flawless. Will definitely be recommending Pat Menzies to friends and purchasing from them again soon.

When I saw the photo, I realised it wasn't packaged up like you would expect when shipping with a carrier and thought to myself, I wonder if someone from the shop just dropped it off. I found out recently after raising a query with them that they had in fact hand delivered the item. Super impressed with this.
