We were so lucky to be helped by Debbie who was so friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very patient.
We left the store with 2 pairs of fabulous footwear for my Mum, both of which are a game changer for her in terms of comfort and suitability for her problem feet.
Nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend this shoe store and Debbie’s outstanding customer service.

F.Fantastic selection of attractive and comfortable shoes, with a great range of colours and styles. Some fits are extra wide to accommodate a wider foot, but still attractive in style, and a number of the designs have cushioning for comfort. In person service is excellent and they are also super fast with online deliveries.
A.An absolute vital and important shoe store. The staff were incredibly helpful and gave a lot of assistance. The shoes are amazing, so soft, so comfortable, well worth the price. Most shoes are orthotic/brace friendly and easy to put on and off. Very important. These shoes helped me feel human again.
M.Went into the Albany store today, 3 staff on, was there more then ten minutes. Staff were to busy fussing on a group of older ladies, (which when they left eventually, not buying anything). I was completely ignored the whole time I was there, having found one pair I wanted to purchase and waiting to have some sort of service to try on another pair I was interested in also. Very, very poor service. Most of the shoes I own I have bought from here. Time to find another company now.
I went back today after quite a few months, because I really do find their shoes are the best around for me. Debbie was wonderful she went the extra mile and I walked out with 2 pairs of shoes both bargain prices. My faith in them has been restored. Thank you Debbie. From the previous one star I have upgraded it to 4 stars..
B.A great shop.....beautiful shoes and modern colourful boots for young foil....quality footwear of soft leather....knowlegeable staff....nothing too much trouble for them...I just think it is THE PLACE TO BUY GOOD FOOTWEAR. I've been wearing kumffs/now they're called Ziera for many years....treat your feet...pricey but worth every dollar.....and with care that'll never look old.

Shop assistant Debbie went out of her way to assist in a purchase for a gift not once but twice, insuring the delivery of the shoes was made in time, even when the shoes needed to be sourced from another branch on the other side of town over the busy xmas period.
