Always feel so welcomed when I enter the store whether its to shop or simply for a nosey!!! The girls are lovely and are genuinely interested in their customers and go above and beyond to deliver the best service. I recently had the best shopping experience, where I couldn't decide which sandals to buy. I ended up buying one of the pairs online that night and returned the next day to pick them up to find a lovely hand written note in the box. Thanks Team x

I ordered a pair of boots on line and they came super fast. I realised that I had ordered the wrong size. I rang to say could I send them back but wasn't able to for a couple of days (due to being weekend). The wonderful staff held my size until I sent back the ones I wrongly ordered and they have arrived and YAY - THEY ARE AWESOME. Thanks sooooo much Head Over Heels, Love my boots and super service you gave, especially when it was my fault for ordering the wrong size first. Will definitely visit when up your way.

I brought new winter boots via their online store, they were shipped a hour later and I had them the following day. They are the most amazing winter boots! defo will buy from their web-store again!

I ordered some sunnies from Head Over Heels online and I am so, so impressed! Free shipping overnight and fast, helpful and friendly customer service when I had a question. And to top it all off they were beautifully packaged and wrapped up like a present. Will definitely be a repeat customer 🙂. I ordered the Riley black Italian heels and OMG, the most comfortable and delicious feeling heels I’ve ever worn in my life!! The leather is so soft! Head Over Heels’ customer service was fantastic too - I ordered a size too big and I exchanged them by post with such ease, they were amazing and it took only a couple of days.

There were three styles I was looking at but two didn't have my size and Renee offered to get them in for me. I decided on the third style but I really appreciated the offer. Exceptional service, easy to order online, shoes arrived within days despite covid lockdown. Shoes packaged beautifully but most of all receiving a personal message alongside a bottle of nail polish was the best touch. First time I ordered from HOH and wish I knew about them sooner! Standout from other stores is being thanked personally for your order. As for the shoes stunning and can't wait to wear them once we out of lockdown!

I found a pair of Chaos and Harmony boots I fell in love with but my normal didn’t have my size - I was recommended this place by the shop assistant and ordered my boots online. Today my beautiful Beau Coops "Prince" heels arrived from the wonderful team at Head over Heels. Beautifully wrapped with a hand written thank you note and a pair of gorgeous socks. While I might be working from home for a while, and these shoes might not get quite as much wear as they deserve, they are a classic. Purchased a Deadly Ponies Mr Cub Chain from Elisa in the Christchurch store. She was incredibly helpful, friendly and just a pleasure to deal with. There was a tiny hiccup and the customer service I received from Elisa around that was phenomenal. I discovered Head Over Heels while I was in Christchurch supporting a friend in hospital. The girls were friendly honest and kind. I found numerous pairs of shoes I loved...and settled on a pair of chaos and harmony boots! Love them! Have told all my Christchurch friends to go! 🤩

I happened to call into the shop, as I loved a pair of shoes on their website but knew they didn't have my size. I spoke with the lovely Renee and she called another store and got them couriered to me. I am super impressed with the friendly team and service.
