s.Friendly attentive staff, good recommendation on shoe style but I'm a little worried about the size they recommend. We've just moved to Christchurch from Wellington, our wellington shop told us to get size 22 when we get our baby winter shoes. The wellington shop had open feet sample shoes to let kids try on to get the best sizes so the size they measure must be precise. Whereas here they use a size chart that reads size 5 that then convert to bobux size 21. It's hard sole and leather boots so it's hard to push down near the toes to feel where they are. We will find out in a little while if the size they recommend is correct. The customer service is above standard.

The size ended up to be perfect and we are onto our second pair here already! Again, wonderful staff and knowledge, it's a great feeling to have someone you know you can trust, thank you instep. My highest recommendation :)
D.We visited instep for our daughter's first pair of shoes. The staff her were so helpful and patient. They took time to measure her and recommend shoes based on her age and stage of walking. There was a good variety of shoes to choose from. Will definitely be back.

Always get exceptional service here, so good to get good quality shoes/sandals/socks of all sorts that fit well and last much better than the more disposable options out there. A.Staff is really friendly and they know their business so really help with advice. High quality shoes, a little pricey, but they have a lot on sale most of the time so it's easy to find something at a good price. Highly recommend!

v.Great place for children's shoes and the other half of shop is a cafe. Shop for shoes and have a beverage coffee tea smoothie. Food is delish the cafe side is called the Silva Spoon. Excellent service
