m.One of my keys was broken, they have cut me a new one, let me take it to try, make sure it is OK. But because of the lock itself, the broken key was not taken out. They don't charge me any, just for free! From my experience, I highly recommend this shop and their employees, their value destination, not money, but the needs of customers, I hope their business will be blessed, so that more people get benefits from their customer service.
R.Today was a good day. Norm at South City branch managed to fix my flat car key batteries. Over the years Norm and the team have always fixed shoes, engraved treasures and cut keys professionally and exquisitely. Am dependent on them being there even through covid. Always reliable and helpful. Good value for money. Walked away as a happy customer

F.On the recommendation of Chris the Area Manager, who always goes out of his way to provide great customer service, I visited John at Mister Minit South City with a pair of boots that needed to be re-soled. Not only did John do a great job, he went out of his way to make sure that my boots were ready to be picked up the next day. Could not fault the service and was very impressed at the fast turnaround time. Thanks John, will definitely be back.
U.Found myself stuck at the Mall car park with a flat battery on my door opener the security system on my car meant I could not start my car without it. Chris and the team helped me to charge it so I could enable my car to start. Highly recommend men’s these guys so helpful when I was in a pickle.
G.The remote locking in my keys was no longer working and the battery in my watch went flat today. Someone body told me it could be the battery in my key remote so popped into Mr Minit and within 5 mins the staff member had checked both batteries to confirmed they were flat or close to it and replaced them leaving me a very happy camper. Also had a key cut by them recently and had excellent experience then as well.
N.Great service and rapid repair. Needed a strap repair and to have one link removed from the strap. they sorted it fast and was cheap, having service like this available really makes life easier.
