A.absolutely wonderful experience here, young girl staff was patient and serve us very well. bought 3 pairs of shoes
P.Already done this one but will add again, This is the second time in there for a birthday celebration and I have been there once before for a quick becoffee all time's the staff were polite and friendly which is important to me, If they knew who I was they would probably say "OH HIM" Anyway they must be good because we have been back there and All night people were coming in nearly non stop So again we go there because the food is really good the beer was good and will definitely be returning ( The poor buggers )

W.Always a lot of fun (and tremendously time-consuming) trying on shoes at the Northwood store. Staff member today very helpful in highlighting the dress shoes that would work for my needs. Huge selection to choose from and I'm pleased with my purchase.
K.Paula is absolutely a huge asset to your store, I called from Canada about a pair of sandals I bought two years ago, she helped me find my favourite shoes that were fantastic quality! She was patient and absolutely the best sales associate I have ever encountered! When I visit in October I will most definitely go in and thank her for her amazing service! Thank you for amazing customer service, working in retail myself it is so nice to have amazing service recieved especially from across the globe!
J.A pretty good shoe store. The staff are always happy to help you find the right shoe and size. They have a good variety of shoes and can order some in if not in stock. The vast parking area also makes it a convenient place to go to.
