Had such a great service experience from Ivy today. She talked me through some running tips and some ways which can reduce impact on my knee and I just loved all the different ways they assess your walking / running style. It was interactive and I could see exactly what Ivy was talking about and that helped make my decision in the shoe I wanted. Really happy thanks again!

Went to shoe clinic Riccarton today for fitting and shoes. Got way more than I bargained for.. wonderful service, awesome shoes and socks, full fit out and encouragement around my walking etc. Highly recommend! Cheers Marc A+

Fantastic service from Sean in purchasing some really stable Brooks to support a long term injury. Loved the touch of the sparkling water and additional banter from the other staff which added to experience. Great to see the breadth of footwear and knowledge the team has. Would absolutely return.

I have very specific shoe requirements due to bone spurs and Jamie is the only person I've talked to that really understood my issues and found a good shoe for me, working in conjunction with notes from my podiatrist. Thank you so much!!!

Great service from the salesman (Marc). I needed a US 13 wide which wasn't in stock but in store within 3 business days. Good options of shoes. Will be back again when needing the next pair.

Just been into shoe Clinic Riccarton Mall .Got young sale person name Jess very help full great service . Brought the shoes plus 3 pairs of sock and put other pair of shoes on back order . Would shop there again

I have pretty wide feet so I need special width shoes. I'd heard great things about Shoe Clinic (and it is endorsed by my husband's podiatrist), so several weeks ago, I went in with the model and make of my old gym shoes for a replacement. Leigh (I believe her name was) was very helpful and brought those shoes out, but she wanted me to walk in them first. Just as well I did! They were making my feet roll, she pointed out. She brought out another pair of shoes from a different brand and they were a million times better. They fit well and they feel good when I walk, and I use them pretty much every day. And they were less expensive than the pair I had picked out, so I know there was no upselling involved. It goes to show that they had my best interests at heart, which is great. I would highly recommend Shoe Clinic. They have a wide selection, they have a really friendly team, and their knowledge is amazing. Thanks!

Owners of larger fee beware. You will hear "we have them in stock, but we'll have to order it in" or "you're a size 14, but try this 13". These are not the words of shoe experts.

Shoe Clinic is always a great place to go and shop for shoes, they have a wide range of different shoes for any situation and helpful staff who can help you find the right shoes. I have bought sandal, sneakers and school shoes here and they haven't disappointed. The staff are always knowledge and helpful going above and beyond to find the right fit for you.

Got a pair of trail runners here the other day! They are fantastic and worth the money! Thanks to Nick for finding the right shoe for me, he’s killing the game and needs a pay raise!! 👍

If you have a foot problem this is the place to go the service was excellent. Would be great if there were more shops in Christchurch

Bought shoes here this week for a specific purpose.Marc our assistant was very helpful and we left with exactly what we wanted.Us a little pricey but if ones feet don't perform well the rest of the body suffers ...

Had an awesome experience with Di. I am walking the Camino Santiago. I have a very narrow foot and Di had a power of patience to find me the right shoe. I am cruising round in my new haglofs and i am sooo happy with them. Thanks Di!
