J.My friend and I were the only people in store and while assistant was very enthusiastic but she would not have got sale in normal circumstances. She tried to talk me out of my known shoe size and the shoe that fitted me. I chose patent and she then tried to sell why it was high maintenance. She seemed hyper and was acting strangely and When It came to buy them she was serving everyone else knowing I wanted to pay. After 10-15 mins I said "do you want an actual sale or a possible sale?". The other assistant wisely took my money but it was a disappointing experience considering this is supposed to be a flagship store and top end brand.

S.My teenager daughter suffers from social anxiety and just wasn't coping with how busy Cuba Street. While we were waiting for a ride home, we stumbled across this store. My girl just loves Doc Martens, so it was extra brave of her to go inside. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Htoo Paw and wow! the energy and positively was amazing. She picked up on my girls vibe and had her smiling and talking within minutes and this is not an easy thing to do, especially while wearing a mask! Htoo Paw then proceeded to teach us about Doc Martin boots, how to break them in, how to look after them and what not to do. We learnt so much! I wouldn't call Htoo Paw a Salesperson, I'd most probably call her an Educator. It's not difficult to see and hear the passion that Htoo Paw has for Doc Martins. We came back to the shop two days later and bought the boots, socks and dubbing. Htoo Paw remembered us and was happy to spend the time making sure the boots fitted well and that my girl knew just what to do, to get the best results and to be comfortable in her boots. We'd definitely go back to the Cuba Mall shop next time we're in the market for a new pair of Dr Martin's!
J.Staff are very personable - I recently needed to process a refund as I was overcharged for a pair of boots. Corporate communications were professional and timely and my issue was resolved within a day of my initial contact. Great service
A.I've consistently had fantastic experiences at this store. The staff are incredible, always putting in expert customer care, even when the store is bustling and they're run off their feet. A friend of mine has very intense social anxiety and often has a hard time shopping for new clothes. Thankfully the staff were so friendly and helpful, he felt confident enough to buy two pairs of boots and he couldn't be happier with them.

I forgot her name, was this beautiful Asian, she not just helped me with the size, but also gave me important information about the brand, and how to take care of them. Will definitely recommend TO EVERYONE. Had a great time there ❤️

T.Beyond AMAZING service. Brought my first pair and the gal that served me was soooo lovely. Super informative about the history of Docs, super knowledgeable about what was right for me and the specifications about comfort and style, super kind and relatable, she was so genuine and lovely, and honestly just an overall awesome experience. Can not speak more highly of her she’s an awesome team member. Can’t remember what her name was but she had a black mullet with purple I think. Gal thank you soooooo much I love love love them.
