I.Had a web refund yesterday after I took a punt on some Reeboks online. The team were pretty busy and I was in no rush. The guy who looked after me was awesome! Super chilled - will be back to check the new gear out soon! Thanks team!

An English chap was very helpful and the guy who put through my purchase, Luke, was also very good. He upsold me some no-show socks that were on sale also. As a retail manager myself, I would be happy to have such hardworking, helpful staff! The only thing is maybe you have too many staff for the size of the store? Otherwise, an excellent shopping experience.

S.I came here following an appalling experience at the Doc shop up the road.....wonderful staff member managed to order the last pair of Docs in NZ :) I shop here often and the service is always on point.
K.Go to the Queensgate one instead! The range at this one has become quite limited, but the Queensgate one has loads more styles, friendly, knowledgeable staff (I find I get ignored at the Cuba/Manners one), and unlike the Cuba/Manners branch, Queensgate doesn’t play music so loud you can’t even hear the person next to you.

S.I know nothing about shoes, and received excellent service from a guy who assisted us and another customer the same time. Helped me find my fit, let me know about a discount I was unaware of and gave advice on how to care for them. Excellent service and I'll be back to buy more
