I created my own basket online and ordered an over night shipment. They were extremely professional over the phone and answered all of my questions with helpful tips. Super friendly and kind employees here. The package I requested is in a medium size box and has 14 items in it. The packaging itself was great but I do wish they had used nicer ribbons. I had also requested that they only use red ribbons on the order form but as you can see they used burgundy and gold. Perhaps they ran out of red. Anyway, the quality of products are great and delicious. Will order again!

I'd arranged a get well gift to be delivered to my daughter's home as I wasn't sure how long she would be in hospital, but the company rang her as soon as they got my order and rearranged delivery for the same day to the hospital. She was over the moon with her parcel and I was so impressed with how quickly it got to her! Being in the UK, it was lovely to know she'd got her gift so promptly.

Originally was very frustrated as my package didn’t make it on time. However is was out of Batenburgs control at that point. Batenburgs provide great service I wanted a hamper to be delivered on Friday so selected Friday delivery, after I placed the online order, I received the following email "Thank you I see you requested tomorrow as delivery. We are extremely busy and therefore so are the couriers so I’m going to authorise that your parcel goes on an urgent guaranteed Friday delivery, and we’ll cover the extra cost of this. Just with the bank holiday I’d hate it to arrive on Tuesday ! I have used Batenburgs before and dealt with Caroline Bratley who is a great asset to the customer services team she always provides prompt amazing service, and their products are top notch would highly recommend using them.

Amazing customer service. I ordered a gift box for my dad’s 75th at midnight NZ time and it was delivered before 12.30pm the next day. I even called at 10.30pm the night before and spoke to Caroline who confirmed that next day delivery would be fine. We have been dealing with Batenburgs for several years now and I can't speak highly enough of their professionalism and the quality of their product. Last Friday they delivered to us 14 different boxes, with a variety of dietary requests, for presentation at two staff functions. The boxes arrived exactly when promised and were most attractive with their festive ribbons. The contents consisted of those special treats you wouldn't normally buy for yourself so were much appreciated. On the same day I asked Caroline to prepare a gift box for my son. Because of a delivery issue, she went out of her way to deliver the box personally, despite the fact that she was flat out with pre-Xmas orders. That kindness is one of the reasons we stay with Batenburgs. If I could give them 6 stars, I would.

Prices comparable with other sites 3. Combines giftbaskets with flower gifts- one stop shop Most importantly I received a confirmation email to say I was out of the time frame for same day delivery with contact phone number for queries 5. When I rang, Carolyn was very helpful. I had misread the delivery times on their web page. She investigated the possibility of an urgent 2hr courier service and advised me of the extra cost which I was reluctant to pay. Because it was my son's birthday on the day and she could sense I was upset She offered to waive the urgent courier fee so he could receive his gift when he arrived home from work. I consider this to be excellent customer service and Batenburgs is now saved to my favorite list

I live in another country and if I was to buy something on Amazon it will take awhile to arrive. I ordered online this morning around 5:30am, they prepared and had my order out to my grandma before 11:30am. I'm super impressed of how fast they delivered my order to the hospital. I purchase many gifts for clients, many of which have been purchased from you. This week I purchased 6x $149.00 gifts and I have to say I was extremely disappointed at the quantity of items and thought it was very poor value for money. I cannot recommend Batenbergs more highly. I called from Los Angeles to order a Mothers Day gift basket to be delivered to New Plymouth. However, it was already to late since it was Friday morning local time. On calling, the phone was not answered and I figured they were busy as it was the Friday before Mothers Day, I had hardly hung up the phone when I receiver a call from a New Zealand number, it was Bratenbers calling me back, even though I had not left a message. I made my order and was told it was almost impossible to have the basket delivered for Mothers Day, but it would be here Monday, which I understood and agreed to. The gift basket arrived Saturday, and therefore was there for Mothers Day. I thank Batenbergs for there exemplary customer service and would not hesitate in using them again or refer them to friends and family.
