M.They did not have the item I was looking for and the Sale ended at midnight but another reason to go shopping again (that's what I told hubby anyways). The 2 ladies at the counter were both super helpful! What a great team they make!
A.The staff at this store were very helpful and kind. I needed to exchange something and it was simple and fast. There is a big selection of stock at this site but the store itself is physically smaller than many other briscoes sites so it is cramped. Ask for help if you can't find what you are after.
F.Amazing selection of cheap glassware if you're in the market for kitchenware. Can be hard to find your way around in here since it appears so disorganised at first glance...

In the past had to claim on an item that had a 2 year warranty. With only 2 weeks to go on the warranty it was replaced free of charge.

L.This store always seems to have the best prices around. Can take a while going through the checkout but not too bad. The quality of the stock also seems to be good.
B.Always fun. Only only on Sale Days and don't go if you don't know what you're doing there as you'll get a headache and trip over some towels.
A.Can never get the specials on the day you go in even the first day at opening ...how does that happen... they say 60% off but the shelf price is over inflated to start with compared to other housewares stores around on the same or similar product. They do stand by their guarantees though no questions asked. Great service and staff are awesome

S.What a great Company, we work just up the road and realised that our vouchers had expired inly a few days ago. We rushed down to the store and they said no problem you can still buy something. This is the only store in NZ that had allowed me to do this as others have said bad luck.
First port of call any time for me. Great staff.
M.The shop looked huge today with all the outdoor furniture moved. Good bargains on bedding. Plenty of accessible parking but there isn't a restroom and if you need a it's at the other end of the block near the Warehouse.

T.Good store, but wouldn't trust their pricing. Every week they have 50 or 60% off sales, so you would have to think either their prices were originally too much or they have inflated the prices to make sales look better.
L.Like all Briscoe stores this has everything you need. Staff are friendly and parking is easy except on weekends when the shopping area gets busy.
Sales are on frequently so wait until there is a sale to buy large items.
B.Great sales people and good quality items. Sales quite often, do recommend
V.My friends find my newfound passion for home appliances, and cutlery to be strange.
Jokes on them, when those suckers need an affordable toaster, or more spoons, I'll never spill and tell them that I regularly shop at whichever Briscoes is closest to me, and has a sale on.
I mean, unless they're reading this review.

M.One of the most amazing stores in Auckland I've come across. It's was only the first time I had been there to have a look & feel but eventually landed up shelving a 1000 bucks on few great price deals including Duvets & lot more. Specially would like to thank Me Amar who was exceptionally wonderful for helping us with our questions and acknowledging us with his great knowledge about the products, because of whom we waited nd grabbed some great deals. Thanku so much Briscose. I will come back to you guys to shop again 🤗🤗🤗
W.Great shop for household items form towels to microwaves, curling tongs to buckets, it's all here a reasonable price. And there's nearly always some sort of sale on.
F.It's quite funny watching Briscoes sales figures. Toasters! , were $5000 now for one day only they are selling for$185. The tv lady is awesome. Ageless.

P.Tried both Albany and Glenfield to get a swing set for my wife and they were not very helpful, then tried Wairau and Anik (sorry if I spelt your name wrong!) not only checked the system, but called me back after she checked out back. Then sorted out a raincheck. then called me back again a couple of hours later when she found one tucked away! Woohoo! Brilliant service - thanks heaps.
