Received amazing service. We were well looked after. The sales person we came in contact with had very good knowledge of the product and took her time to listen to what we needed and suggested different options in different price range. Will definitely comeback here to buy more.

Received quick and efficient service. Went in for a washing machine and it was delivered to us within less than 24 hours!! Always found the staff on that side of the store really helpful (the home wares side I guess you call it?). The furniture side on the other hand - not so great. When I paid with a bunch of vouchers, they didn't seem to know what to do and made me feel like a burden which was disappointing.

Oh my, this place is awesome and warehouse huge, a lot of desired items are available. Almost everything you may need for yourselves, home, electronics, is here, dream it you'll find it supplied. Team members are very excited to help you out to meet your needs and whim. Go there and see for yourself.

Staff here is excellent and a credit to this store. We bought a bed here and the buying process was a really nice experience overall with a staff member called Cici. The delivery actually went wrong when the wrong model was delivered at our house but Cici and her manager were very proactively in trying to resolve the situation for us. This proactive effort they put in is highly appreciated because we had the exact opposite experience at another HN store nearer our house last month where we were left running after the staff to help us resolve a product issue in an electronic device we got at that store. Even though this store is further away from our house, the excellent staff here is worth driving across town for.

Great experience with click and collect during level 3. My order was ready for collection within an hour of me placing my order. Everything was super fast, easy and most importantly safe. Extremely satisfied with their service!

Probably one of the biggest outlet of Harvey Norman. They have separate sections for Electronic shopping, bedding, furniture, kitchen and many other household stuff. Staff is very warm and welcoming. Things are but expensive which is the only negative about this place. 😕

Great variety with a range of quality of course for such a large store, you can buy cheap to expensive but you get what you pay for. Service initially was a bit slow as there must have been a group meeting at the other end to where we were as there was a big cluster of stuff having a chat and didn't seem to notice that there were a lot of people in the store. They do offer years of no interest payments etc. but this comes at a cost which suits many, but when you shop around you can get much better prices for the same or similar products when you save and pay cash.

Harvey Norman is, In a word, big! They stock a very wide range of up to date and high tech goods. The friendly staff were helpful and, more importantly, knowledgeable about their stock and when the item we were looking at proved to be unsuitable for our needs there was absolutely no pressure to consider other options. That means a lot when you know what you want. I would shop there again.

I purchased a Lenovo M10 Tablet from Harvey Norman last year in April. It would not work anymore and could not be repaired.The tablet was unrepairable. Although the Warranty was out of date Harvey Norman is going to replace the Tablet to the same value. So very grateful for that. What an awesome thing to do. Had a great experience buying appliances here recently. Leo and Joe were fantastic at looking up the products I wanted and worked with me to ensure I had a competitive price and managed to source the exact fridge I wanted while it was in short supply. Both were delivered right on time and installed without issue. Would definitely recommend these guys!

Called before coming in and spoke to Amit from Mt Wellington in regards to buying a new phone. He was sufficient and organised the paperwork over the phone to make it easier when coming in with my two toddlers. The tech area was busy but too many salespeople too eager to sell. I like to have some space to look at things without having someone hovering. I also do my research online before coming into the store as it helps having the balance of information and reviews, both good and bad, to guide product choice. The on display information for items in store is often brief, no doubt to encourage you to seek help from a salesperson. The Black Friday prices averaged out against competitors when doing comparisons for the items I was interested in. My main reason for going into the store today was to see the sizes on specific items and how they would fit or not fit in the space at home and I accomplished that goal.

The entire staff of harvey norman MT wellington are so nice& welcoming that you will never be disappointed by their service. I went there to get my child's photos developed and it was after 5.25pm one day and they were about to close, The staff were so sweet and accommodating that i had more photos developed at harvey norman photo centre. I got very impressed and told this to all my clients and my friends to shop at harvey norman from now on as their prices are so amazing and affordable and their service is outstanding.

It's hard to give a review when everyone has a different experience in the store. But we had an amazing service with the bedding department, and if you do need to buy a bed, go and look for Raphael Lo - it's almost as if he had a PhD in bedding. Awesome help and he knows his stuff! 👍

I needed was not just simple it had to fit my old computer so he took me through my computer without being able to see it with the utmost patience. I went in to see if my laptop could be repaired. I waited whilst for at least 20 minutes until I read served. I went too the toilet as he was looking at my machine. I came back to find him talking-to the woman he had been serving before me!!! So I said excuse me and got attention from him to get the answer about my problem. This is not the first time this has happened at this particular ßetore to me. If you're going to go there be prepared to wait to be attended to. The store is clean well laid out and has a public toilet which as a disabled person is really helpful.

Customer service isn't great but depends on who you get serving you. Service around the delivery of product was really poor and required lots of phone calls and follow up. Can have good specials and wide variety of product. Good to know what you're looking for before you go because not everything is on display.

I have to give Bedding 2IC - Vick Narang a huge thanks. Purchasing a quality new bed is an investment and it isn't easy to select especially as you have to consider for 2 plus a pregnant wife at the same time. We made our process a little challenging for Vick as we had to change our mattress choice for best outcomes. We had a little hiccup with an incorrect mattress being delivered to us at one point as well so the process did drag on for a bit however, Vick's support, understanding and patience was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend his services if you are purchasing a bed at Harvey Norman, Mt Wellington.

I went into Mt Roskil Harvey Norman and had a terrible experience trying to purchase a DSLR Camera.
