L.Jacobs Digital were very welcoming into their showroom in Birkenhead. Having explained what we were looking for and what we thought was what we wanted, staff were very polite, and professional in their advice. We have sent our purchase off through courier and it was received within 3 working days to the recipients. I thoroughly recommend Jacobs Digital for a great service. The purchase was a present, so it hasn't been used as yet, but I am sure it is money well spent for a good cause.
J.This was such a pleasant experience. The lovely young man who helped us was extremely knowledgeable about the dozens of pairs of binoculars they had in stock - and we believe he has sold us the perfect pair for our needs. Thanks for the helpful, efficient and friendly service.
D.The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They didn't try to "upsale" us, which is so refreshing. They answered all our questions and we decided on a better binocular than what we originally came to look at after the salesman explained the features of each set we asked about. It was a well stocked store with lots of options.
D.Brought this as an Xmas present, so haven’t had the chance to open it yet. Customer service, advice and speed of delivery were all amazing though. Great company to deal with. Can’t wait to get this out and have a go after Xmas day.
Update: Wife loves it. Just waiting for some clear nights now so we can explore the stars. Great telescope.

Jacobs Digital had a great postage time and is the only place so far that made a signature acceptance of my package mandatory allowing me to see exactly who received it and at what time.

A.I had really nice experience with Jacobs Digital. I made my order online, and asked if they could match someone else's price. They did it without any problems, so I saved quite good money. Pickup from the store was also smooth and easy.
