Great place !! Wide range of products; quality at cheap price. Friendly and supportive staff.

Kmart impresses with a good range of cheap good quality goods. The store always seems to be a mess and often you can't find exactly what you want (and customer service is non existent). That said you get what you pay for and the price and quality of their goods is excellent (who cares about customer service)

The sweet boy named James really made my day. He provided useful insight into the product I was trying to purchase and was adept in customer service. He should receive a raise immediately as he is one of the best team members at Kmart Botany.

Some departments where tidy but, some where a mess. This was at 9am in the morning. Toy department was a total mess. Couldn't find what I wanted. I know customers are to blame sometimes but one area was overloaded and looked awful. I walked out of the store at this point. I won't be back again

Went in the lead up to Christmas, during the long Covid lockdown, second week of retail being open. Lots of gaps on shelves in some of the departments, particularly kitchen storage and bedding. Super messy, with lots of packets opened etc. That obviously reflected the shoppers, not the store particularly, but there didn't seem to be too many staff tidying/sorting, unless maybe, they do it later in the evening.

Very good shop for many things. I bought lovely Xmas Table Runner $8. Proteas, ferns, koalas wih Santa hst wallabies, bottle brush, eucalyptus. Very reasonable prices for artificial plants, great range tes towels, oven mits, placemats. All good quality.

Close to home so went to grab some vege plants ..plant condition was so so ,paths abit small for passing with wheelbarrows ,patience required ..overall not too bad ..and he finally has eftpos !

Usually have what we need in stock, although it's sometimes difficult to find what you need. However the staff is always friendly and helpful

Absolutely amazing place to shop for cloths. Have plenty of options and amazingly reasonable price. There sections for everyone, every age group. They also have home appliances, kitchen, greeting cards and other accessories. Loved this place.

So hard to rate when you could see they were stretched both stockwise and staff thanks to Covid.

Not bad as far as Kmarts go, however shelves could be attended to more...they were often messy and had minimal to no stock in places.

Good value. The stock instore was limited, presumably because of supply issues. This was beyond their control.

Kmart is always a great place to visit and pick up essentials that you both need and things you didn't know you needed until you saw them on display

Handy location as well many other big stores in the same hub. Easy Access. Kmart Botany has a huge premise for its specialties in family clothing/indoor decor/electrics/toys/womens/men/children sections as well as maternity wear. Self service/pay que that is efficient. Great for bargains and something for everyone.

Surprised that most of the things I wanted was there. Security man was pretty rude but he might have had a bad day.

Awesome selection of well priced products for kids birthday parties...Products are sorted neatly and the store layout makes it easy to find things. The staff were also helpful too.

Clean, good parking. I couldn't see where the women's section was. All the other areas were clearly sign posted. Eventually I worked out it was in the middle of the store on the right side from the main entry. I never saw any signage for the women's area anywhere.

A good store to find cheap stuffs that you wanted. You may end up buying more. LOL ... Sadly they redesigning their store and a bit of mess. But still a good store to visit.

i got a pack of clothes and it ended up giving me only half the advertised amount, so got ripped off, but good value for money for all items. layout also a little confusing.

Most enjoyable shopping than other Kmart I've been.

Lots of value for money items. Don't expect high quality for the price you're paying but product do last. Love to visit of the many decently price daily items. Fast checkout too.

Always can find a bargain at Kmart. From clothes to kitchenware. Can easily walk out with items off the list. Hit and miss with parking tho - Shared parking with other stores/shop.

Great Kmart, generally have most things you are looking for. If you want something in particular, best to use the Locate in store button from the website. Just be prepared, its always busy.

What can I say? Its Kmart! You can never go wrong. Good range of newer things, especially like the electronics section which caters more now for gamers such as myself. Good work

I get it. Level 2 has rules, but not letting a child use the toilet which is for the public to use? I'd clean it myself, be happy to. No other toilet around, I know i'd rather spray a toilet down than clean up a 4 year old's pee off the floor of your store. Apart from that, store fully stocked and tidy.

K. Mart. Notany usedcto be average and cheap. But now the entire shops has a modern revamp about 18 months ago. It. Modern. Full of variety. Well priced. Pretty good with interesting stuff. Staff ok and helpful. Did find thecelectronics computer excesseriescarea. Alittlexsmall No complaints. Pretty goodcand great for gifts

Kmart Botany is super awesome!! I've bought my children's clothes, toys, appliances and heaps more. They're good quality and reasonably priced! I always get super excited getting into the store because they've have a good range of things and always adding new products to their store. Thanks Kmart! ♥️

This is where i get all my clothes, including my bras and underwear because they have every size in plus sizes. Every other kmart in south auckland never have my sizes. Take ut from me 'Hit the white communities for the island size never mind' and you'll find it 🥴😂🤣

Lovely to walk around and it was clean and tidy lots to choose from

Cheap and reasonable quality products are available. Kmart has offered more competitive price than other suppliers. Click and pick up is also available, such as stationary and electric. However, shoppers may be restricted entered due to covid-19 only limited shoppers are allowed.

I Love Kmart,but especially Botany's One. I have brought so much Bargains here. They have Awesome Deals in here,all he time. I Love getting the discounted stuff. I Love the Party Stuff there. Also School Stationary,Books and such. Botany will Always be my Favourite.

Very nice and best price for every things

Used to be my favorite store BUT now every time I go the shelves are empty....Yesterday (29 May 2021) they had like 5 pillows on the shelves....so many shelves where empty! And you can't always buy online as you need to check the product first as what you see online isn't always what you are looking for.

Tidy store, hand sanitisers available. Covid QR code at entrance visible. Friendly service. Have a quiet time for autistic/elderly shoppers at 3.30pm. For days please enquire within store. Workers doing their jobs and not chit chatting. Great.

My first choice Kmart store to go to. Always well stocked with products, always tidy & in order & always get a car park. What more could one ask for.

A reasonable improvement now that the store has undergone a layout change and a bit of a spruce up. Still good value for money, with a nice selection of low cost, but still OK quality clothing. A huge selection of goods available, from kid's toys to home decor and furniture.

Always like Kmart stores. I don't go to the Botany store much, though found it a fairly good layout. Staff there helped me out and are very helpful. Good for parking too.

Love Kmart. Well spaced out. Loads of things for parties. The checkout was in a funny place, may want to rethink that.

What's not to love about Kmart. Good on your pocket (unless of course you impulse buy then probably not cause you tend to go crazy with all the bargains) and good quality and it looks good as well. Good place to buy a lot of stuff. Especially if you're newlyweds and want to get good quality stuff that you can buy cheaper.

This Kmart is one of my favourite stores. It has such a wide variety of products that if I'm ever unsure of where to buy something, I check Kmart. The prices are ridiculously low for what are often good quality items. Whenever I go there I end up leaving with a million different things that I never intended to buy, along with what I originally wanted. A surprisingly good clothing section and the homeware there is awesome.

Is it me or is KMart getting worse. Stuff not on shelves, staff oblivious to the mess. It may be cheap, but please😞

Exactly what we wanted at a great price. Only issue is there were no one on the tills, so we had to use those horrible, always going wrong self serve machines.

Excellent place to shop. Clean, bright, tidy, modern shop with friendly, professional staff. A pleasant place to shop with reasonable prices, and just about everything you need to furnish your house.

Glenn from botany Kmart really made the difference in our visit! He went above and beyond his role and made our trip easier than ever. He even escorted us to the counter lady. Give him a pay rise, he deserves it. Best trip to Kmart ever!

Personally I prefer KMart in other location which has more stock and variety, but one thing good is, there is someone at the entrance helping the customer for everything, which surprised me during my visit

Well located with a lot of parking and major shops within range. Good range of items and well priced though it's not very well stocked during peak times. Shelves can be empty sometimes. Aisles are well marked and it's easy to find items. Friendly staff but they can be scarce at times. Usually not a line at checkout unless it's the holidays.

well stocked, friendly staff. Only problem i have is that its a hot as a oven in the store. I cant wait to leave as soon as i enter. Definitely helps me not spend much. I just get in and out as soon as possible. besides the heat, i have no issues

The store was busy with people, stock was not that easy to find as many thinks looked out of place with pricing and products not aligned, so needing to use price scanner quite a lot. Things were also on the floor and misplaced on different shelves so not the best. But again, this is a K Mart and not a more expensive department store. Parking is relatively easy to find. Generally the store was clean and wayfinging overhead led you to the right sections.

Kmart is one of those places that is good and bad. Their recent change made the store look nice however still messy products everywhere on shelves and the new checkout location is a bad choice in my opinion. There might be signs everywhere for an enter and exit but you will still see people seem lost and cut in line to pay because of confusion. The checkout near the entrance/exit of the store was 1000% better as it showed a much simpler flow to purchasing products.

We my wife and I enjoyed shopping there at Kmart, but the only thing I found is that you don't have larger sizes in the clothing area apart from that it was good, thank you

Buying kids & adult clothing & kids bike are far cheaper here. Always had a good shopping experience here because they have all items from bathrooms to gadgets.

Not my favorite place to shop. Not much of variety in womens clothes. Mostly young styles, with the short top fashion. Also prefer to deal with sales assistant instead of self check out.

Kmart is often busy and can be messy depending on the time of day. It has a wide array of stock which is always reasonably priced. Due to the automated checkouts contact with staff is often limited but they seem very friendly and willing to help if required.

Love kmart trouble is I cant walk out empty handed.

Tidy shop. Couldn't find any floor staff to help with pricing. Checkout supervisor helpful and helped me pick up awkward box from floor. Appreciated!!

I found this store very big and open. I liked the layout as the checkouts were at the middle of the shop making the entrance less congested. Great variety of clothes and gifts at reasonable prices.

Good value but no shopping baskets provided, there are shopping trolleys but tight aisles make them useless, also tight aisles are not user friendly in a covid 19 environment.

the best place for shopping at night if you have no place to go. Most of the Kmart open till 12 pm. The warehouse only open up to 9 pm. The price are always really cheap and quality is reasonable. I prefer shop in K mart rather than the warehouse due to price matter and overall fit out as well. VH

Average I'd say. Products are cheap and obviously aren't the greatest quality but you should know that. Saturday's are ridiculously packed so you might want to go during the week (open til midnight so you should an Sweet!). Service isn't the greatest, but what would you expect in a budget place like that.

They have managed to rearrange its setup, which is more appealing to customers, good parking space, and everytime I visit there is always parking available. They have unique stock which I don't see at most other kmarts, and they don't run out of stock like the manukau branch.

This is a really big store in which you can spend a good a hour or too just browsing or weighing your options. It may not have as many items as the Kmart in New Lynn but it organized well with a great flow between each section and a lot of space between isles. Price check points are around each corner so you always know what items cost when you check them. The display window always looks stunning and inviting. Upon entrance there is a stand holding the current brochure. My only issue would be that the staff aren't quick enough to put away misplaced items and often I find things thatbhave been opened and broken.

Lovely staff very helpful. Store a bit messy but I did visit a bit late. Always seems to have overflowing bins out the front, Its so frequent I see it as feature art now haha.

If you want to buy stuff and you get put off by walking around a place that looks like it has been ransacked - Kmart Botany is the place for you. It is gorgeous, so neat, organised and clean, you need an extra 10 minutes to take it in and accept that you will get to a shelf and the things that are supposed to be on it actually are! ERMAGHERD I CAN'T DEAL WITH IT. I was so overwhelmed I even forgot to take a photo. Kmart Botany is heaven. Super pleasant staff as a bonus. 👍🏻

Big shop with huge selections and long opening hours. However, the are not many service personnel on the floor to answer questions; there are more personnel around the checkout area than the rest of the shop floor combined. However, when you do manage to get the attention of one of them, they are quite friendly and do try their best to help out.

Very untidy and messy store. Difficult to find what you are looking for and very limited staff to assist. Not my first choice for budget shopping. Prices are good though but not worth the trouble. They have redesigned the store but the layout is confusing and fragmented and makes the store difficult to navigate.

To be honest, I NEVER shop at KMart, but someone recommended coasters for a project I'm working on. Well, I walked out with a new dustbin, moulds, coasters, jars, just to name a few. I'm super stoked and suitably impressed. I shouldn't have doubted you KMart!

Its good to see that everything is accessible except for thier baskets and trollies. Ever since they had the store renovated and organised the baskets and trollies are no where to be found. I have to go outside the parking lot to get a trolly or if i need a basket i have to go to the checkout area to get one. Not unlike before that you can get them at the entrance. And if I needed to enquire about an item, there is no one at the information, i have to search for a person who works there, who is also busy serving 1,2,3 customers at the same time. I hope that your employes would smile. Please done get me wrong, I love Kmart for all the affordable price.

So bad for my bank account. I was looking for an adult colouring book and came out with two barbies, a tripod, bag, unicorn, rock painting kit, teaspoons, drink bottle and a pom pom pen. In conclusion, I did not get the colouring book. Kmart - 1 Saph 0 🤭

Store itself had been rearranged & finding your bearings made the walking longer. Found what i needed & of course the social distancing was good.

I find this Kmart can be under stocked however the new layout makes things much easier and gives a more pleasant shopping experience. Go during less busy hours ie. in the evenings, as it is a busy shop.

I love Kmart! Went to the Botany store for the first time. Lovely big store with lots of bargains. Check outs were awful. I know it's not the stores fault. We were served by the manager who was obliviously having a bad day. No greeting evening though we said hello to her three times. She spoilt the visit with her disgusting, sour mood. Hope she leaves the store and gets a job away from customers.

Love Kmart but need more staff to keep store tidied. Always seems to be stuff everywhere around store.

A variety of things and great prices. Just feel sorry for the Staff there over the Christmas rush and stuff, as customers just pull and throw stuff around and on the floor, I seen someone kick kick some cloths on the floor, instead of helping staff a little and put at least one or two things or, more back on the shelf.

Cheap everyday household items. Not the best quality but for the price what do expect. Their clothing range is pretty good for the price especially if its work wear your looking for.

Smart Botany, a place opened for long trading hours. Good place to look for reasonable priced items. It has moved up a notch from what it used to be viewed as. Yes go there and discover.

park as far away as possible, as its botany and the area is well known for its bad drivers who love to zip around everywhere at 80 as they have a few roads where thats the speed limit. Some very bizaar parking behaviour in the parking lot, your best to park well away. The store itself is fine for a kmart and is tidy compared to the manukau branch (which is a literal pigsty, due to the patrons and lazy staff). You usually can find the majority of stuff you go in for which is great.

Kmart best place to by clothes, shoes, gifts for that someone special. Has a wide range of things. Great prices and deals go on at Kmart another great place see for your self's.

Well laid out store,items easy to find

Decently sized shop across the road from Botany town Center. Quite a number of car parks so usually not to hard to find a spot. Plenty of items to choose from at good prices.

Needed to take something back that I decided was not exactly what I needed. The refund was at their discretion but they were very happy to do it as all the original packaging was there. I try to shop at places that are willing to back up as I usually spend more as a result. Full marks K Mart Botany

Everytime you can find what you need and more. Clothing, toys, exercise wear, kitchen items. But the wait to pay is nuts and when you leave your bag in the car....you have to carry it out yourself. Maybe if you spend $50 you get a paper bag

Alot of parking spots available and just across the road from Botany Town Centre, they sell pretty much everything just behind the warehouse. Stock is well kept but during peak times like noon can fall a bit where you can't find the right size. Aisles are well marked and there are staff here and there to help.

Has a huge range of products. Perfect store to go to if you plan to do home decor. New layout in the store, a lot more spacious. A lot more new stock avaliable.

Our favorite family 1st stop for everything - from stationery, kids clothing, to seasonal decorations.

Nice Kmart but they don't always have a full set of products at this store especially when it comes to makeup & beauty products. On the plus the security it always nice..

Saturday morning, no staff to help, huge queues. We couldn't be bothered to buy anything. Good prices, good value for sports goods, but we left feeling frustrated.

In my opinion, Kmart has over taken The Warehouse for when you want a bargain without sacrificing too much quality. Removed a star because the self checkouts weren't working flawlessly.

My most recent experience in a Kmart, before the Northpark store, was very good. Regrettably, the Northpark store felt like The Warehouse, with jumbled, messy stock on shelves, lots of items in the wrong place (either carelessly dumped by shoppers or not put back in the right place by staff), andthe whole store felt cramped and tired. I was disappointed at the lack of choice in the bathroom and kitchen sections: I expected far more choice in Auckland versus Hastings where I last shopped. Overall the price / quality ratio is still acceptable, but Northpark could take lessons in tidiness and staff attitude from Hastings. Will shop there again, but only because they have some stuff that The Warehouse doesn't, and the prices are generally good

Great prices it can be hard to find what you're looking for. On many occasions they just had run out of stock of what I wanted. Gets pretty crowded during peak times, so the checkout line can be long.

Good place for shopping, however their checkout layout needs refinement. At the time we went there was only one manned checkout, the rest were self-serve. We needed vouchers. Really busy.

Well stocked. I find the new layout a little confusing though. The high displays make it hard to see where everything is so you have to have a good walk around the store to find what you want.

Lots of varieties, prices are decent and products looks to be in good condition. Definitely will come every once in a while

good if looking for bargin priced goods. mixed quality. e.g. can be messy in shoe.dept. but where else would you buy "water" shoes for under $10. pastry baisters for $2. huge water pistol for $10 etc. :-)

We were out looking for a new microwave and came across a great looking 25L silver model for only $100. Great value, thanks Kmart

Love Kmart in Botany and Manukau but the aisles are too small and its untidy, especially the childrens (infants-toddlers) section. And the shoes are always untidy as well, mainly the childrens area. Customers need to put things back where they got them from instead of making more work for the staff. But I still love Kmart.

Kmart has everything at affordable prices. Is really somewhere to go in need of gifts etc. This store was clean and tidy and parking was good when we arrived but got busy midday.

Fast collection at Botany KMart for click n collect while AKL in level 3 lockdown. Good service from KMart today and as usual.

Love kmart always able to get cheap cloth for these two and not stress to much if they get dirty or stain them coz they cheap

Went to Botany there was a big Island guy who was so helpful and suggested that I go to the front and get the person there to ring other shops in case the computer was wrong . An Indian woman, Ajesnee served me and did not appear happy when asked to ring the Henderson shop, rolled her eyes turn her back on me. I have just called the Store, the woman who answered the phone was very pleasant and helpful, and then I was transferred to Chloe (I was wanting some shoes that were not available at St Lukes). Chloe was a pleasure to speak to. Most helpful. I would rate this store as a 5 - Excellent. St Lukes on the other hand last night, if it were not for two persons helping me, I would not go back to that Store. regards, Sharyn

Always something cheap to buy that you didn't know you needed

Was super busy on Sunday. Got loads of cheap stuff.

Very helpful staff, we where out Bra shopping and since there weren't any 18C of a particular style I enquired with a lovey staff member who was able to find one out back. They also sell portable chargers, a good range of sweets, Holiday items, Sports items, Great mens, womens and children clothing/footware.

Good selection of items. Strange store layout compared to any other store, checkouts in the middle of the store

Would have expected the team member to offer to show me reusable bags instead of just saying "No we don't have bags"!! A little customer service goes a long way, Kmart!!

Went today to K Mart Botany - I tried to get outdoor cushions down from a high shelf & they ALL fell . I stopped a staff member ( Jonathon) who had a trolley stacked with products . He not only restacked the cushions & told me not to worry but emptied the trolley he was using & gave it to me ! Then re- directed me to another area/ product I had been searching for !AWESOME customer service - much appreciated!!

Love shopping at Botany Kmart. So clean and organised in the store and friendly staff too.

Hella busy if you're going midday/afternoon, but bargains galore. Price tags are like $10 not $9.99. Love love love.

Great bargains at Kmart specially at Christmas time love the automation checkout really fast you scan your own items and pay at the end either with cash or visa card

This is much better than St Lukes Kmart, it's larger and has easier parking, and often has things in stock that St Lukes doesn't have.

Great price's on electrical appliances, got an electrical kettle for just $29, similar kettle at Briscoes would cost $90.

Shop was tidy inside. Rubbish bin outside enterance full & over flowing all over pavement not the best greeting

I prefer to deal with a person when I buy stuff instead of a machine. However, the shop assistants I spoke to were helpful and polite.

Lots of things to buy at very cheap prices. Don't expect quality items, but you will be able to find a very large range of things (including camping stuff).

The goods displayed in a mess, to some degree. Sometimes it is hard to find the price tag. But the products are good value for money.
