Went into Lush Newmarket yesterday (08.01.21), looking for some new fragrances, and the lovely human who helped me was just amazing! they recommended me scents that were similar to ones i already enjoy, and got me hooked on two new fragrances that i immediately purchased. they had great conversation, and were so warm and welcoming (also great tattoos), i will definitely be returning!

Absolute queens that served me! Unfortunately dont know their names as I'm forgetful with that but had so much knowledge on the products and the application. Even had a really good background on skincare not just lush products and how to incorporate things into my routine and where I could find information to help myself make the best decisions for myself. Best experience I've had in a Lush store ever!

Such lovely staff in there! The girl served me who could be the Manager (or maybe I’m mistaken) was just so great and extremely helpful. I highly recommend shopping in their store!

This shop is run by the most wonderful and caring staff. I frequently visit with a young friend of mine who has additional needs to smell the soaps, and we go another hours travel out of our way to visit this specific lush store. The mobility access for wheelchairs is 5* and the staff all go above and beyond to make sure we enjoy our visit. We've never felt rushed or out of place, and we have nothing but praise for these wonderful, inclusive staff!

Went just before closing (Saturday evening) and the two staff members still around were just amazing. They helped us with deciding on what we should get and one immediately offered me a sample after I mentioned I had wanted to try a product. My niece also loved playing with the ice used for the face masks, and they took the time to get an unused container and fill it with fresh ice for her to play with. Best service we could’ve asked for. :)

Absolutely amazing experience! The staff here were super helpful and knowledgable in all aspects. They were able to help me with skin care routines, as well as letting me know which will be the cheapest option. Highly recommend!

The smell in this store is out of this world. The handmade soaps, bath bombs and organic cosmetics are beautiful and I love to buy soap from here just to make my bathroom smell that good. The staff are so helpful too and happily share their knowledge and enthusiasm.

I want a job working in Lush as the smell is SO divine and I also love the products they sell.And the staff there are so groovy.Would highly recommend their products to anyone of any age.Some people say that Lush is a bit pricey but the products are certainly worth it.

Staff members are friendly, talkative, and enthusiastic. They also have lots of soaps, shampoo, lotions, and beauty products. The only disappointing thing is that none of their New Zealand shops have lavender soaps - other than the liquid lavender soap. Nearby parking is very challenging. Prices are a little bit on the dearer side, but most does last for a very long time.

I took three teens here shopping on Saturday. The staff were wonderful encouraging them to try everything and explaining many of the properties of the products We all walked away very happy with our lip scrubs, bath bomb and soaps
