K.Mac Pro store Britomart has the BEST service!!
I’m a makeup artist in Nelson and we don’t have access to a Mac store so I have to order over the phone. The team are always so helpful especially Carla who helped me source the right products for my kit.

C.One of my best makeup experiences. Cady was lovely and did an amazing job with my makeup. She made some excellent suggestions based on my vague descriptions. When I noticed the foundation was a tad darker than I liked, she understood my concerns, removed and reapplied with a better shade. She made sure I was comfortable with my makeup at every step. My photos turned out shocking well that night ;)
C.Had the most fantastic experience at this MAC store - not only were the makeup artists extremely talented and professional, they were also super friendly, easy to get along with and helpful. They were somehow able to interpret what we were all wanting and the whole group of us left completely satisfied and feeling great! Will be back in the near future and would highly recommend.
N.Very very very lovely place. The staff is very knowledgeable and not biased on skincare advice. They will give you suitable advice according to your skin and never to mislead the customers in order to achieve sales targets. Although this place is relatively expensive but the quality of cosmetics is simply amazing. This place offers everything for skincare. Cleanser, Foundation, Lip gloss, eyeshadow, perfume . And with the expert advice from a professional, you can be sure of getting the best products. Also, don't worry these people will never give false advice. They know what they are doing.
A.I was really impressed with the service. I walked into the store and they asked me if I was okay and if I needed any help. I did need help and I told them what I wanted and they delivered! The lady even put some of their tester makeup on me and explained the colour and what she was doing. Thanks guys, so in love with my new foundation!
