J.Highly recommend purchasing a 3D printer and 3D printing consumables from Marvle3D. I have purchased a CR10S Pro & Halot Sky Printer from them and will look to buy a CR10 Smart Pro when they get them in stock.
S.Where to start, folks. I've been wanting to get into 3d resin printing for a while and my Google ads were throwing up stuff from this vendor. I wasn't sure though, until a recommendation from a Facebook group I'm part of.
Anyway, I bought a Creality Halot One for making miniature models for games. It was dispatched the next day, arriving the day after - all as expected!
I've been using it non-stop since, and needed some supplies today. I called the number on the website, asked if I could pick up, and placed my order online. I arrived at the store to find Victor, the owner, waiting for me. He was pleasant, helpful and gave me some advice on how to handle a failed print as well as clean the print head.
Really happy, very good service. I will be shopping with him exclusively on the basis of our interaction today. Great stuff!
P.Ok prices, send items pretty quick and on one occasion they replaced items lost by the courier after some prompting. On a sad note however don't expect any after sales support at all, so not recommended for people new to 3D printing who might need some help.
Overall not bad, I'll keep buying from them.
j.I have been using Marvle3D for all my 3d printers and filament for about a year now. Had an issue with one printer but it was all sorted under warranty.
S.Changzhou Yu was happy to answer all my many questions about ordering from him. I got amazing quick responses and delivery times from Marvle 3D. Changzhou Yu helped me purchase a Creality Halot One and I would recommend Marvle 3D to anyone wanting to by a printer.
T.I bought an ender3 v2, shipped immediately, recieved in 3 working. Set up and printing perfect within 1 hour of opening the box! Would highly recommend this store and the Creality line of printers! :) I will be shopping here again!
P.I recently purchase an Ender 3 V2 ffrom Marvel3d and then a BL Touch device. Every shipment has been shipped promptly and received in a timely fashion which is great. The BL Touch kit they sell doesn't come with a Mount Kit however, so be mindful of that. The generous free 1m cable I was provided for the BL Touch kit doesn't have the exact connector for the motherboard on the Ender 3 V2, however it fits regardless so I managed to make it work. I have found Marvle3d customer service to be satisfactory as they have responded in a timely manner to all my requests and have provided good help to resolve my concerns.
K.Fantastic customer service. From my first Ender 3 Max, all the way to my Mars 2 Pro and Saturn. They readily reply on their live chat, and always help diagnose issues. Best customer service I've had in years. Plus their shipping is some of the fastest I've ever seen!

Was informed all the way with how much would cost etc. Even was advised which parts would be good to upgrade to get a better print experience. Cant recommend this company enough. Shipping also arrived earlier than expected once stock arrived during the Covid-19 lockdown, and everything in tip-top shape. I look forward to supporting them in the future :)
N.Very good service. The order got lost by the courier, and required some prompting to get it looked into, but was resolved and reshipped and arrived promptly the second time. Well packaged, and fairly quick at replying to messages through the website.

A.This store not only has a range of good-quality filaments in stock at keen prices, they also have a range of tried-and-tested printing needs (such as fans and nozzles) which are well worth the modest prices asked, as you get something quickly that actually works... (as opposed to when you ‘chance it’ with a parts order from China that takes ages to arrive and may not work when it does).
In other words, Marvle3D provides the kind of full local support to NZers that we need to get 3D printing done!
