I was helped by a young woman with short dark hair and tattoos with fragrance and she was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient answering questions but not pushy. Wish I got her name. Love coming to the Newmarket store since the team is always incredibly friendly and helpful. I came in with my daughter a while ago to get some help getting her started with makeup and we were helped by a tall girl with dark hair with blonde streaks who had great conversation with my daughter. Even when you approach a team member who is busy they will find someone else to help you. Their selection is much better than most stores and products are always very high quality too. Will continue to shop here.

The lady who helped me pick a shade for the nars foundation.. thank you so much!! Not only did you take your time to find the perfect shade, you more so kind. And my partner had muscle aches and she made sure he was okay too!! I forgot your name ): but I hope I can get your help every time I’m in Mecca!

Great service, everyone is really friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the products. I didn’t catch the name of the person who helped me but they found the perfect product for me skin. Super happy.

Was in the store last Friday and the person who helped me was this lovely girl called Grace, she was super nice and had amazing customer service. She was also very patient and knowledgeable with all the products she was showing me and just made my experience really good there. I personally felt super comfortable shopping and she deserves all the praises :)

Booked a makeup consultation with Tayla, who was just outstanding! Seriously, in every way! She took the time to really understand and patiently teach me how to create a quick, easy and totally achievable look at home! My makeup and skin has never been better. So grateful! Can't recommend her enough!

The staff are always really helpful and friendly but also leave you to just look around when you’re just wanting to browse which is nice. It gets busy but the staff are still super lovely. They also have a really wide range at this branch so it’s my favourite Mecca to visit for that reason. Love that they have lots of nice fragrances to try on too.

Staff are so friendly and accommodating! I was helped by Zackery? Sorry I'm not good with names but he was very patient and helped me pick a lovely Nars concealer that matched me perfectly. It's always so hard to buy for my skin tone because I'm a warm olive with red undertones but it was not a problem for him. I felt that comfortable with him I was bold enough to ask for a brow product and was suggested the Anastasia Beverly Hills Dip brow gel. Let me tell you since the age of 19 watching Kandee Johnson I have been using an angle brush with the Mac espresso colour for 9 years..... I am so happy with this product so easy to apply and natural looking. I've always felt a little intimidated when I go into makeup and skin care stores because the staff have perfect skin and makeup is always on point, I use to feel like I will be judged for my oily or not so perfect makeup ( so not the case). Another lady she didn't pressure me to buy a product, she recommended for my skin type the Vitamin C Drunk Elephant so she gave me a sample to try and it's such an amazing product my skin doesn't have dry spots around my nose anymore. I will be going back to buy the full sized product. After my experience this is going to be my go to store xx

I went looking for some pretty hard to find products and found what I was looking for (plus alternative recommendations) from the staff. Aly was immediately approachable and helpful with her product knowledge and attempts to find the exact things O was after. I left with what I needed and other similar items. This was at the newmarket store- Im very grateful for the hand :)

went in to buy some products today and had a very pleasant experience while being served by Aly, her customer service was just incredible and such a great help! friendly and always smiling. she helped me through every enquiry i had and gave me some really good advice when it came to the products i wanted to buy. her advise when it comes to makeup products is clear and helpful, no beating around the bush! would definitely recommend checking out the newmarket store!! x

Amazing store and stock/brand range. The staff and super lovely and helpful. Never had a bad experience. Great they give you testers to try products first (one of the reasons I shop at Mecca). If you are going to spend $200 on a serum you want to know it works! The only negative thing is the store is always so hot in temperature... Turn the aircon down nice and cold please :)

I had my 21st makeup done by Steff and she was absolutely amazing! Steff was so sweet and had a really calming presence to her :) I loved my makeup and she was so genuine! Highly recommend Steff and the Mecca team xx
