D.Great to see some of the playground back. Under 5 age limit however means that Mr5 can't play with his 3yr old brother :(. We miss the bouncy castle too, that was a total favourite.
Store is well presented and tidy. Good displays.
Dion is an absolute legend. He saved our fish in lockdown with some ingenuity and kindness. Don't lose him!
K.My favourite store to shop . The lady in charge of the garden department with the purple hair she’s amazing. Every time I go there to shop she always happy to help out even when she’s busy . Mitre 10 should look after this lady cause she’s the best worker for the business. Keep up the great job .

L.From all my recent experiences, the people here are very helpful and willing. The lady in furniture zone has been there for a while is so amazing.
J.Great one to visit with small kids. Besides the mini trolleys which are a hit with my twins, they have an awesome play area next to a coffee shop. It even has a bouncing castle!
R.Understand low staffing perhaps with covid. I enquired at customer service and they sent me to the right aisle, at the other end of a mega store. I'm obviosly limping and wearing an ankle support. Spent 15mins finding what I needed as staff just passed by. Limped back to check out, purchased, obviously breathing hard although I still had my mask on as per protol (safer for all I think) and left. It's a huge warehouse. Not a real complaint but it felt like I was an annoyance and not a valued 'purchaser'. A sad indictment on these/our times.
J.Massive mitre 10 with so much options for anything you'll need! Worth a visit, really. Prices are great, plus staff are very accommodating and friendly too! Easy to locate the things you need as there are labels on the aisles!
M.Team @mitre10 Takanini is great. GRANT helped me to find right size of the screws for my TV Mount. He is very polite, guy with lots of patience and detailed eye. he found right size of screws and solved my problem.

K.As with all mitre 10s I've been to to this is also worth a visit. Extensive range and huge store. Lots of staff around when you need them and knowledgeable. Great prices and excellent service. Conveniently located. Heaps of parking available. And a bonus coffee shop inside which brews really excellent coffee.
R.Great signage, makes it easy to find what you are looking for. Usually there are a decent amount of staff members around if you have questions
J.Good experience. Staff are always on hand and more than willing to help. Store is moderately well stocked and aisles are clearly labeled. The quality of a fair amount of the products is more handyman level than tradie standard, but if you do that kind of work you'll want a cheaper tool. The cafe is nice too, the coffee is well made by a very polite barista.
A.Really nice. The only issue was that some of the furniture on display weren't available in stock.

We finally found it and Staff Jackie found it for us. Didn't expect to find it but we just have to try.
I promise my daughters to cook Laksa noodles for them but one of the important ingredients which able to bring out the fragrance of the broth is know as Vietnamese Coriander or Vietnamese Mint. We know it by the local name Laksa leaves. I'm gone to a few places and ask a few people but in vain. However, thanks to a staff from Bunnings who recommended this place where we eventually found it in Mitre 10 Mega Takanini.
With the help of Staff Jackie who seems to know every plants in the garden centre and patiently help us to find the plant.
This is what service should be. Well done! We appreciate her help and professionalism.

N.Amazing customer service.
I was surprised the way ROSS and his team helped me for purchasing my air cooler, which was stalked on the very top aisle. They called a forklift operator and took down the whole pallet for me. Meanwhile they followed real great Health and Safety guidelines as well.

R.I have visited Mitre 10 Takinini 3 times in the past week or so and the customer service i have received each time has been outstanding.
Ordered something I had seen instore by phone using the SKU number. Popped in to pay and arranged delivery. They called me late to see if they could deliver the same day.
Delivery team were great too.

s.Always excellent customer service. If some don't know the answer your after they will find some who knows. Also there's a large range of products for your every need from BBQs and Smoker's to your garden. Definitely better than the warehouse and I feel better than bunnings 💜
I.I usually use the central Auckland Mitre10s, the item I wanted was only in stock at the Takanini branch so off I went. Jodie-with-the-purple-hair in the garden centre gave me the red-carpet treatment! All the staff were fantastic and helpful! Floor staff are a rare sighting in the other Mitre10s so it was such a nice change. Will definitely back!
K.Best place to go for advice in all sorts of areas from painting to gardening to DIY they have some really helpful staff and are always happy smiling away working hard everyday .
If you love tools like me they have the best (dewalt ) variety I've seen around .

This place, as usual I've found, has a more diverse range of products and on this occasion I found several brand products which I could compare.
What more can you ask for than the ability to eye-ball products and compare right then and there.
J.Great click and collect experience, well run and smooth. The team were friendly and efficient.
That said, it can't replace the weekend walk through experience of going in for one thing and coming put with a trolley.

N.The staff at Mitre 10 were all very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Chris helped me pick out the soil, seeds and materials I needed to start planting with my students. He was very kind and knowledgeable about all the things needed to grow our produce. Bernadette at the checkouts was also very kind to offer help bring stuff to my car. And lastly, when I was about to bring back my trolley, another guy staff (but I didn't get his name) helped me bring it back to the rack so I didn't have to go all the way back to the store. C.Very great team.I went to buy wardrobe and interior door but realized that interior door 1980 x660 plane door is not there.I panicked and started wandering that where could I find when checked with trade staff they said they dont sell plane door on its own.I was about to leave when Rachael came an helped me by doing purchase order from the supplier wirh just one call everything was sorted.Rachel,Steve Chapman and Addy.You guys are very helpful.Best Team.Would always recommend customers to go and buy from Mitre 10 Takanini.Fantastic Team

E.Love love love love love this Mitre 10. Staff here are always friendly and more than helpful. It's one of my favourite places to shop. The bouncy castle and kids play area is great. I can leave my other one in there while I look for what I need and the toilets are right next to it, which is great when kids tell you last minute they need to go and you have to trapse to the other side of the store.

T.Great Columbus coffee place here surrounded by flowers and a huge range of plants under canopy. Great way to start the day. Found what we wanted and there was more than one offer of help from the attentive floor staff.
D.Inside this Mega is a cool little Columbus coffee shop and it has a playground and bouncy castle for the kids. We always go here for a break. It's also a great place for plants and cacti, they really look after them here. The gift area is pretty neat as well.
H.We went there for the food which we always know (the wife and I) is always good. She doesn't like the coffee but there's other drinks to be had. Food is yummy as and the service is always friendly. Oh bonus I can buy all sorts of stuff at mitre 10.

J.We shop at Mitre 10 Mega on a very regular basis. Today we purchased 4 bags of potting mix and 30 plants. They were stacked on two trolleys which my husband and I took out to our car which was parked in the disabled carpark outside the entrance door.
We are both past retirement age and my husband had this morning had cortisone injections in his shoulder so was not meant to do any lifting. I was about to lift the first bag of mix into our vehicle when two ladies appeared. They said they had seen us on the security camera and came out to help. They loaded the mix into our vehicle and one of them went and got some boxes to put our plants into and then loaded them in.
One of these lovely ladies was Pip and we have had the pleasure of dealing with her on the Customer Service counter in the past.
This act of kindness is very much appreciated by my husband and myself and it is because of staff such as this that we continue to shop at Takanini despite living in Bombay.
Please pass our thanks onto both Pip and her assistant for their kindness.

M.Mitre 10 is great staff are awesome just DO NOT eat at columbus cafe the cook cant cook eggs to save himself. If you do take the risk ask a lot of questions and try to make all requests in small simple words and repeat yourself at least twice...
