K.Pet Direct has a nice range of pet products, good prices and fast postage. I found it extremely hard to find Whiskas cat biscuits during the pandemic, so I was pleased when I found them on the Pet Direct website. I also found the Royal Canin puppy milk powder was cheaper than any other online store. Happy Mum and pups.
P.Pet Direct has been a great experience for me. The dry dog food is all organic and my dog loves it. I was able to set up a regular order and delivery so that it would be delivered as required, making my life so much easier! The customer service is awesome- helpful, friendly, professional staff dealing with any changes I made. I have cancelled ready to travel overseas and will definitely start up again on my return home. A.Would recommend to anyone. Ordered a crate that was needed for a flight in 2 weeks time. I live rural and many companies take 10 days to deliver. I ordered Tuesday afternoon and the order was here Thursday morning! Good communication from the company informing you where your parcel was and when it was delivered.

J.I accidentally ordered a clicker and called pet direct immediately to ask for a item cancellation and refund. At first Sharla (one the staff) said that i had to either cancel all the items or receive the clicker and send it back so i said I’d send it back. But after hanging up Sharla called back and went out of the way to contact the warehouse and ask for a cancellation. Sharla is the best and was super nice. Definitely needs a pay raise!! Will definitely order from pet direct because prices are good but most of all because of Sharla!

B.Having experienced difficulties in obtaining Hills z/d through vets we followed the recommendations of a friend and one evening we placed an order on line. The biscuits were despatched the day after the order was placed. As we had enrolled for repeat orders a significant discount was given and as the order exceeded the required value there was no courier charge. Pet Direct will be getting our orders in future and we will be recommending them to all our friends. If we could have awarded 10 stars we would have!

B.Needing something for our cats teeth, and breath, I came across Pet Direct. The information on each product was enough to make an informed choice, and they got the product out really quickly. The parcel was despatched about an hour later. As the Couriers are having issues with delivery it took 4 days to deliver to the South Island but the situation with delivery is beyond anyone at the present time.

So I purchased the Nature's Miracle NO MORE MARKING and voila! They haven't again since! N.Purchased 2 tug-a-war rope toys (a large 3 and 4 knotted ropes). So suitable for 2 Neopolitan mastiffs for the tug a war games between each other. Last for ages, they're thick and strong and able to withstand a Neapolitan bites and pulls. I recommend these for large breeds that love to chew or pull.

This was a blessing in disguise as it lead me to PetDirect! I was able to get the subscription discount on a product even though my first order will be click and collect. They ship orders same day if ordered by 3.30pm. And prices are better!
PetDirect seems to be everything I liked about Pet.co.nz, but even better, and a smaller friendlier company to deal with.
UPDATE: I've just received my second order with PetDirect. Both times they've put treats in the box for my cat. And with the latest order they didn't have stock of the litter I wanted, so promptly contacted me and swapped it out for a slightly more expensive variant for free. Very impressed with their service - will be recommending to friends & family.
