A.I’m really glad that I discovered pet.kiwi! I’ve never been let down by their efficient processing times and their customer service via email is fast and effective. My most recent purchase was dog tags (I went with the steel dog bones and a circular one), I was impressed with the robustness and general value for money. Notably I had made a typo in my email for the tag details which Devin picked up straight away. Keep up the great work, pet.kiwi!
T.Ordered my product yesterday late afternoon. Website was easy to navigate on my phone. Was very pleased to find my order ready for pick up at the Grey Lynn store this morning. On arrival, I replied to my email saying I was outside and was waiting around for no more than a few minutes. Thank you for an easy contactless pickup order at level 3!
A.Great service every time and a great selection of products available. From kibble to treats to hand made jumpers to teepees - there is always something to find for your furbaby.
D.Purchased a dog jacket online. A good selection of items and very happy with the item I purchased. Order confirmation and packaging of item was very efficient and it arrived a few days later. The jacket is very well made, just need some rain now to try it out on our dog!

I’ve bought a wonderful Elizabethan collar for my dog after an operation and just had a great experience around an enquire fit pet shampoo. Very prompt response through Facebook and informative. Great company!

A.The dog shoes I ordered for delivery came super quick, unfortunately I ordered the wrong size so came in store, the girl on duty was very helpful in exchanging it for something that fitted better. I really like the range of products at this store especially for dogs and it has some quality products that you don't often find at other pet stores.

B.Really friendly staff, let me know that they have a really great free shipping option for online shopping which will be really helpful in the future. Lots of variety and I was able to buy what I was after (revolution flea treatment) for significantly cheaper than animates and other pet retailers.
