Pet Direct has a nice range of pet products, good prices and fast postage. I found it extremely hard to find Whiskas cat biscuits during the pandemic, so I was pleased when I found them on the Pet Direct website. I also found the Royal Canin puppy milk powder was cheaper than any other online store. Happy Mum and pups.

Pet Direct has been a great experience for me. The dry dog food is all organic and my dog loves it. I was able to set up a regular order and delivery so that it would be delivered as required, making my life so much easier! The customer service is awesome- helpful, friendly, professional staff dealing with any changes I made. I have cancelled ready to travel overseas and will definitely start up again on my return home. Thanks to everyone at Pet Direct.

Would recommend to anyone. Ordered a crate that was needed for a flight in 2 weeks time. I live rural and many companies take 10 days to deliver. I ordered Tuesday afternoon and the order was here Thursday morning! Good communication from the company informing you where your parcel was and when it was delivered.

Highly recommend. Shipping is so fast even to a rural address. Couldn't believe it arrived so quickly. Prices are really good too and have much more stock available than other websites. Super happy :)

I accidentally ordered a clicker and called pet direct immediately to ask for a item cancellation and refund. At first Sharla (one the staff) said that i had to either cancel all the items or receive the clicker and send it back so i said I’d send it back. But after hanging up Sharla called back and went out of the way to contact the warehouse and ask for a cancellation. Sharla is the best and was super nice. Definitely needs a pay raise!! Will definitely order from pet direct because prices are good but most of all because of Sharla!

Most impressed from go to wo. Email confirmations for every step of the process from order confirmation to dispatch to delivery. I'm fairly new to Pet Direct but they are a great online store. I have my dogs biscuits on a auto delivery cycle. You get reminders of when things are due to be sent out and the option to get them sooner. Items are well boxed too. A great stress free service. Very Happy :-)

Huge range of products. I needed Renal food (Vet Diet) & my usual supplier had run out so ordered off pet direct who had what I needed. It took a few days to arrive since they are based in Auckland & I'm South Island. I loved how you set ur pets profile up on your account. Wouldn Definitely look to order again in the future.

Having experienced difficulties in obtaining Hills z/d through vets we followed the recommendations of a friend and one evening we placed an order on line. The biscuits were despatched the day after the order was placed. As we had enrolled for repeat orders a significant discount was given and as the order exceeded the required value there was no courier charge. Pet Direct will be getting our orders in future and we will be recommending them to all our friends. If we could have awarded 10 stars we would have!

First time ordering from Pet Direct. They had stock of a preferred cat food that others didn't have (and cheaper too!). Ordered and it came the following day, delivered personally by their courier, with great communication along the way. Will definitely be using these guys regularly from now on.

Our Percy cat was a stray who someone had booted up the bum and put his hip out. He loves it here on the farm and there are only certain foods he will eat so was glad to be able to get these at an excellent price and he got a free gift which was very much appreciated.

Needing something for our cats teeth, and breath, I came across Pet Direct. The information on each product was enough to make an informed choice, and they got the product out really quickly. Currently can't comment on wether it works as we have just started treatment, but our cat is quite happy consuming. Nothing worse than having to fight your cat to get them to take medications.

After placing an order incorrectly I sent an email to the team at Pet Direct. Customer Services replied extremely quickly and confirmed they had sorted it. The parcel was despatched about an hour later. As the Couriers are having issues with delivery it took 4 days to deliver to the South Island but the situation with delivery is beyond anyone at the present time.

I found it really easy to order from Pet Direct. One of my naughty doggies has been peeing on the couch, and my homemade spray didn't seem to work. So I purchased the Nature's Miracle NO MORE MARKING and voila! They haven't again since! I didn't even follow the directions all the way, just sprayed it around the couches and they're still not peed on after about 4 days. Thanks team.

Purchased 2 tug-a-war rope toys (a large 3 and 4 knotted ropes). So suitable for 2 Neopolitan mastiffs for the tug a war games between each other. Last for ages, they're thick and strong and able to withstand a Neapolitan bites and pulls. I recommend these for large breeds that love to chew or pull.

I usually don't leave reviews, but the service here is outstanding!! I've ordered twice from here (both during level 4) and I received my orders within less than 24 hours of purchasing online. Even scored some very generous freebies, which my dogs were very happy about lol. I usually purchase my pet supplies from Animates but they always have a stock issue and my deliveries often get delayed. However I am changing over to this company, as I am very happy with the no fuss, fast and efficient level of service they provide. Highly recommend to all pet parents :)

I used to shop with Pet.co.nz, but their shipping times have recently become terrible. This was a blessing in disguise as it lead me to PetDirect! I was able to get the subscription discount on a product even though my first order will be click and collect. They ship orders same day if ordered by 3.30pm. And prices are better! PetDirect seems to be everything I liked about Pet.co.nz, but even better, and a smaller friendlier company to deal with. UPDATE: I've just received my second order with PetDirect. Both times they've put treats in the box for my cat. And with the latest order they didn't have stock of the litter I wanted, so promptly contacted me and swapped it out for a slightly more expensive variant for free. Very impressed with their service - will be recommending to friends & family.

Been using PetDirect for the ;ast few years, especially their autoshipping service and I've been really impressed with their service so far! They email if items are out of stock before sending through a shipment (some stores just refund and don't communicate at all), prices are great and delivery is really quick.
