S.This is a difficult review for me. I have been all around the world and have had some amazing service from some fabulous people. Then I came across Tristan!! From the very first meeting he impressed me. After multiple visits I finally purchased my GMT. He made the experience top notch and super relaxed with no pressure to purchase. The next purchase came with a Submariner for me and a Datejust for the wife. We spent 3 hours with him and Lily, whilst trying to decide on what dial and size the wife should get. At no point did we feel that we were overstaying our welcome or were an inconvenience to them. Top notch service from both!! I would highly recommend visiting this store first if you are in Auckland. Anywhere after this may be a let down for you.
E.I met Sam for the first time and he took me through an amazing journey as I was able to make my first purchase. He was very knowledgeable about the time piece and was very patient with my barrage of questions. We sat down, and had a nice chat about after sales (e.g. service centres etc.) which was refreshing as it wasn't just about the sale of the time piece. It was one of the best experiences that I have had with a time piece shop and it will definitely be a memorable one that will last a lifetime.
I would recommend visiting Sam and the friendly staff at 44 Queen St for your needs.

I never thought about owning a watch and thought of my self as a non watch guy before I entered the Rolex Botique for the first time.
After a several visits I bought my self the first watch with the help of Lily Finding the most suitable one for me. After I bought it I fell in love with the brand and the service and decided to get more, unfortunately I didn’t know how rare they are and hard to get.
After a long waiting list of around 9 month I received a call from Rolex Botique saying they have the watch for me if I still want it. I got so existed that I managed to purchase my favourite watch of all and wearing it daily since !
I’m working my self in retail for over 12 years and it’s very hard to find such good costumer service and experience as I always receive in the Rolex Botique.
Thanks again the team for helping me find what I want and always accomodating me. I will definitely remain a loyal clients of yours and enjoy my watches as the purchase and good memories are indeed part of the experience wearing it.
Y.Lily shined when I bought my first Rolex after the engagement ring. Lily has an excellent taste and has an eye to recommend products that meets the client’s taste. Her expertise and knowledge were phenomenal and you just simply cannot go wrong if you have Lily on your side. With her assist, I ended up buying the watch I love and suits me the most.
