After reading the Google reviews, I was a bit hesitant about going to this store, however, I'm so glad I went! I had a disappointing experience in another makeup store while desperately trying to find the perfect makeup for my wedding - the catch being that I RARELY wear makeup, so I have no idea where to start. Right at the door, the lady asked if I needed help, and called over the BIGGEST RAY OF SUNSHINE to help me ❤️ five stars to the store, five stars to the products, five stars to the staff, and five stars to JOSIE! I cannot thank Josie enough for spending so much time with me, listening to me, talking with me, and ultimately finding the most perfect products for my skin. She was so happy and positive, and really made a daunting experience one that I would love to have again! She answered all of my questions, gave the best advice, and really wants what is best for her clients and wants them to be happy. She is relatable, knowledgeable, understanding, and just definitely someone who is perfect at helping the makeup noobies feel comfortable in a place full of makeup. Best experience I ever had, and safe to say I have the perfect knowledge and products to hopefully be able to pull of my big day! At the end of the day, it is a shame that people have had poor experiences, however, it's also important to share good experiences too. Thank you so much to everyone at Sephora Sylvia Park x

Having use to shop at Sephora in Australia, I had been meaning to check out the ones here. I glad I did!! The staff at Sylvia Park were very friendly and helpful. Love the layout of the store and the choices of products available to buy. Will definitely be going back.

I went to the Sephora store not entirely sure what to get but all I know was I needed to get quite a bit of makeup and Skin care as I was almost out of everything. I was greeted by this lovely young lady called Heba and I explained to her that I needed help with getting the right kind of make up for my complexion. I shared with her that ii was currently using MAC products but was keen to try other brands and she pointed me towards Fenty, Huda, and tarte brands and I must tell you that I have never been so impressed. She definitely knew what she was talking about. She spent about 45 mins helping me to choose skin care products aswell and even went the extra mile to prepare a skin prep program for me and give me a few tester pots to take home and test. I really loved the Ole Hendrickson and youth to the people products, they made my skin feel soft, nourished and smooth. She was so professional and interacted well with me and really actively paid attention to what I needed so I can't wait to go back for my next buy up and I hope Heba will be there. Thanks so much for the incredible experience.

Always go here which isn't a great thing for my wallet as I can't leave without purchasing something 😆 Staff are lovely and helpful and of something is sold out (which I understand isnt their fault) they took my number and said they would call me when it was in and send it to me in my shade (which they colour matched for me). They called another store and got it in then I was able to pick it up the next day after dialysis when O had to go into sylvia park. They put a few samples in for me too because I had to come back. Honestly, they made me feel great after I was having a rough day and I'm already planning on going back tomorrow for a benefit product I want. Thanks to the staff at Sephora Sylvia park xo

Great service from Hebah! I was looking for a natural, vegan based Foundation/BB/CC cream as my skin is quite sensitive. She colour matched me perfect and ended up purchasing a product from Selena Gomez' new range :D

i pop into your sylvia park sephora store this evening and the girl ( Hebah) served me and help me out to match the foundation on my skin. i would say she is the only one who served me Reallyyyy good , i have been going auckland cbd store before but i never get good service from any of the other girls. Hebah is just amazing, thanks alot.
